中國電(dian)(dian)信武漢分公司(si)積極實施對一線維護人員的(de)“倒三角(jiao)支(zhi)撐(cheng)”,自主(zhu)開發“外勤(qin)掌(zhang)中寶”手機應(ying)用,使外勤(qin)人員的(de)手機成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)綜合(he)移(yi)動網(wang)管,在(zai)故(gu)障現場即可獲取電(dian)(dian)信內部(bu)支(zhi)撐(cheng)網(wang)管信息,完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)現場作業(ye),極大地(di)提(ti)升了(le)維護效(xiao)率(lv)。截至4月(yue)21日,該應(ying)用已在(zai)包(bao)括(kuo)武漢在(zai)內的(de)13個(ge)地(di)市推廣,開通賬號5224個(ge),累計完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)19.7萬次服(fu)務。
據介紹,裝維、政企、無(wu)線(xian)外(wai)(wai)勤(qin)(qin)人員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)裝機、日(ri)常故(gu)障處(chu)理中(zhong)需(xu)(xu)要查(cha)詢亞(ya)信(xin)(xin)(xin)系統(tong)(tong)、數據網(wang)管平臺(tai)、IP綜合網(wang)管等十余(yu)個專業系統(tong)(tong),從中(zhong)獲取認證信(xin)(xin)(xin)息、報錯信(xin)(xin)(xin)息、資費信(xin)(xin)(xin)息、上線(xian)情況、資源(yuan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息并進行設(she)置。但外(wai)(wai)勤(qin)(qin)人員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)裝機和(he)處(chu)理故(gu)障時(shi)(shi),無(wu)法登錄各(ge)網(wang)管,需(xu)(xu)要電(dian)(dian)話(hua)聯(lian)系網(wang)管人員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)各(ge)類系統(tong)(tong)間反復切換來完(wan)成網(wang)管輸出結(jie)果(guo)(guo)的(de)關聯(lian),從大量信(xin)(xin)(xin)息中(zhong)讀取幾(ji)個關鍵字段,再通(tong)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)話(hua)告知外(wai)(wai)勤(qin)(qin)人員(yuan)(yuan)。裝維人員(yuan)(yuan)小李說,以(yi)前接到用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)投訴(su)后(hou),需(xu)(xu)要聯(lian)系用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)上門,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)Modem燈(deng)的(de)狀態進行簡單的(de)判斷,當定(ding)位是(shi)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)線(xian)路問(wen)題(ti)時(shi)(shi),只能(neng)電(dian)(dian)話(hua)聯(lian)系營維中(zhong)心管理員(yuan)(yuan)核(he)實資源(yuan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息,然后(hou)在(zai)(zai)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)話(hua)告知裝維人員(yuan)(yuan)。如果(guo)(guo)定(ding)位為賬(zhang)號問(wen)題(ti),只能(neng)電(dian)(dian)話(hua)聯(lian)系客(ke)服調中(zhong)心核(he)對賬(zhang)號密碼、撥號的(de)錯誤日(ri)志。裝維人員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)上門處(chu)理用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)故(gu)障時(shi)(shi),需(xu)(xu)要電(dian)(dian)話(hua)聯(lian)系幾(ji)個部門才能(neng)解決問(wen)題(ti),溝通(tong)協調比較麻煩(fan)。
為解決裝維(wei)人(ren)員在工作(zuo)中(zhong)遇到的(de)問(wen)題(ti),武漢分公(gong)(gong)司(si)網絡操(cao)作(zuo)維(wei)護中(zhong)心基于互聯網思維(wei),借(jie)助易(yi)(yi)信(xin)(xin)跨(kua)平臺特性(xing)自主開發了“外(wai)勤掌中(zhong)寶”,外(wai)勤人(ren)員通(tong)過手(shou)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)注一個(ge)易(yi)(yi)信(xin)(xin)公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)號,就能(neng)夠在故障(zhang)處(chu)理的(de)現(xian)場(chang)通(tong)過手(shou)機(ji)(ji)直接獲取(qu)分公(gong)(gong)司(si)各類后臺網管信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi),進行常用(yong)操(cao)作(zuo),實施網絡質(zhi)量測(ce)試。“外(wai)勤掌中(zhong)寶”覆(fu)蓋(gai)了寬帶(dai)業務、iTV業務、政企(qi)業務、校園業務、無線(xian)業務等,實現(xian)賬號查(cha)詢、密碼(ma)驗證(zheng)、停復(fu)機(ji)(ji)狀(zhuang)態、中(zhong)繼及(ji)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)資源信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)、3G/4G基站信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)、踢用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)下(xia)線(xian)、清除PIM碼(ma)、政企(qi)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)狀(zhuang)態查(cha)詢、ping測(ce)試、工單處(chu)理等38項功能(neng)。
使用(yong)(yong)(yong)“外(wai)勤(qin)(qin)掌中寶(bao)”后,裝維(wei)人(ren)員接(jie)(jie)到用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)投訴后,不(bu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)上門就(jiu)可以直接(jie)(jie)在手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上通過(guo)“外(wai)勤(qin)(qin)掌中寶(bao)”先核實用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)接(jie)(jie)入端口有沒有問(wen)題(ti),如定(ding)位(wei)(wei)是端口有問(wen)題(ti),可以直接(jie)(jie)通過(guo)“外(wai)勤(qin)(qin)掌中寶(bao)”的(de)資源查詢功能,查詢用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)接(jie)(jie)入的(de)全(quan)程資源信(xin)息。如果定(ding)位(wei)(wei)是賬(zhang)號(hao)問(wen)題(ti),可直接(jie)(jie)在“外(wai)勤(qin)(qin)掌中寶(bao)”上自(zi)助定(ding)位(wei)(wei)賬(zhang)號(hao)錯誤記錄(lu),并(bing)給(gei)出具體解(jie)決方法,指導線務(wu)員處理故障(zhang)。裝維(wei)人(ren)員處理用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)故障(zhang)不(bu)一定(ding)上門,可電(dian)話聯系(xi)相關部門,將故障(zhang)處理常用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)操作通過(guo)“外(wai)勤(qin)(qin)掌中寶(bao)”前置到用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的(de)手(shou)(shou)機(ji)上,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)方便,效率更高。
2014年4月(yue)(yue)(yue),“外(wai)勤掌中寶”在(zai)武(wu)漢(han)率先上線試點(dian),9月(yue)(yue)(yue)在(zai)武(wu)漢(han)各個(ge)(ge)部門(men)推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)。11月(yue)(yue)(yue)在(zai)湖北省孝感、黃岡市試點(dian),2015年2月(yue)(yue)(yue)在(zai)湖北省全面推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)。最近一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)(yue),查詢量(liang)已(yi)達(da)4.3萬次,日(ri)均使用1437次。按(an)照后(hou)端網管一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)小時(shi)接聽12個(ge)(ge)支撐需求電話(hua),一(yi)(yi)天工(gong)(gong)作八小時(shi),一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)天就支撐96次。換算起來,易(yi)信的(de)日(ri)均自助支撐次數已(yi)近15個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)天的(de)工(gong)(gong)作量(liang)。實現了“能自動,不(bu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)”的(de)目標,極大(da)地降低(di)了維(wei)護(hu)成本,提(ti)升了維(wei)護(hu)效(xiao)率。
