4月9日下(xia)午15時,由中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)十一局集團四(si)公司(si)擔負施工(gong)的(de)(de)福建(jian)(jian)省在建(jian)(jian)最長公路(lu)隧(sui)道——京臺高速公路(lu)牛巖(yan)山特(te)長隧(sui)道右洞貫(guan)通(tong)。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)承建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)隧(sui)道左洞已(yi)于去年11月27日貫(guan)通(tong),為今年9月底全線通(tong)車打下(xia)了堅實的(de)(de)基礎。
(北(bei))京(jing)臺(tai)(北(bei))高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(國(guo)家(jia)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網(wang)(wang)編號G3),是(shi)國(guo)家(jia)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)規劃(7918網(wang)(wang))中一(yi)條重要(yao)的縱向主干線,起點在北(bei)京(jing),途經天津、河北(bei)、山東、江(jiang)蘇(su)、安(an)徽(hui)、浙江(jiang)、福建,終點在臺(tai)灣省臺(tai)北(bei)市,全長2030公(gong)(gong)里。福建段建成通(tong)車后,將成為(wei)海峽西岸經濟區與(yu)長三角(jiao)(jiao)、珠三角(jiao)(jiao)緊密聯系的便捷公(gong)(gong)路(lu)通(tong)道;同時也是(shi)增(zeng)強國(guo)防(fang)交通(tong)保(bao)障能(neng)力,完善國(guo)家(jia)和區域高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)網(wang)(wang),為(wei)國(guo)家(jia)實(shi)施的“一(yi)路(lu)一(yi)帶”戰略(lve)中,陸(lu)路(lu)連接“21世紀海上絲綢(chou)之路(lu)”建設,具有十分(fen)重要(yao)的意(yi)義。
京臺高速公(gong)路建甌至(zhi)閩(min)侯段全長152公(gong)里。其中(zhong)由(you)中(zhong)國鐵建十(shi)一局(ju)四公(gong)司擔負施工(gong)的5標牛巖(yan)山隧(sui)道左(zuo)洞長9252延米(mi),右洞長達(da)9198延米(mi)。該隧(sui)道地(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)件(jian)復雜(za),隧(sui)道位(wei)于13條(tiao)斷層(ceng)帶及(ji)節(jie)理裂(lie)隙(xi)帶,圍(wei)巖(yan)大部分以VI級(ji)至(zhi)V級(ji)為(wei)主,圍(wei)巖(yan)破(po)碎(sui)、完(wan)整性(xing)差,地(di)下暗河、溶(rong)洞交替出現,涌(yong)水量(liang)大,是(shi)全線頭(tou)號(hao)重難(nan)點(dian)控(kong)制性(xing)工(gong)程。
由于沒有斜井(jing)等(deng)輔(fu)助通道(dao),只能單向掘進,對洞內通風(feng)(feng)要(yao)求極高。項目部(bu)(bu)在福(fu)建省公路施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)領域首次采(cai)用(yong)(yong)豎井(jing)通風(feng)(feng),還(huan)成功地采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)巷道(dao)式通風(feng)(feng),大(da)大(da)改善了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)人施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業環(huan)境,保(bao)(bao)(bao)障了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)人健康,提(ti)高了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)作效率。項目部(bu)(bu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)視頻監控和(he)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)作業人員定位系統,隨(sui)時掌握了(le)(le)進、出洞人員數量和(he)位置,使施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)全(quan)過(guo)程(cheng)得到監督,為隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)提(ti)供了(le)(le)有力保(bao)(bao)(bao)障。項目部(bu)(bu)運用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)新奧法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),即 “管超前、弱爆破、短開(kai)挖(wa)、嚴注漿(jiang)、快(kuai)封閉、強支護、快(kuai)封閉、勤測(ce)(ce)量”。在施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中,用(yong)(yong)地質(zhi)超前預報和(he)監控量測(ce)(ce),用(yong)(yong)臺階分(fen)部(bu)(bu)法開(kai)挖(wa),采(cai)用(yong)(yong)微震松動爆破和(he)光面(mian)控制爆破,確保(bao)(bao)(bao)了(le)(le)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)、優質(zhi)、快(kuai)速和(he)環(huan)保(bao)(bao)(bao)。
