日前,國電(dian)(dian)科(ke)學技(ji)術(shu)研究院申報的(de)(de)科(ke)技(ji)項(xiang)目(mu)“基(ji)于(yu)熱能梯級利(li)用原理的(de)(de)熱電(dian)(dian)聯(lian)產供熱技(ji)術(shu)優(you)化研究與(yu)應用”榮獲2014年中國電(dian)(dian)力科(ke)技(ji)進步一等獎,獲得了中國電(dian)(dian)機工(gong)程學會頒發(fa)的(de)(de)證書。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)科院(yuan)高度重視火電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)節(jie)能(neng)工作,研發(fa)了(le)大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)主輔機(ji)(ji)(ji)節(jie)能(neng)技術,并得到(dao)了(le)廣泛應用,取(qu)得了(le)顯(xian)著節(jie)能(neng)效(xiao)益。其中“提高火電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)低(di)負(fu)荷運行經濟性(xing)”研究(jiu)成果在多臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上得到(dao)了(le)應用,在行業內產(chan)生(sheng)了(le)較大影響。根據國家(jia)節(jie)能(neng)環保的(de)(de)(de)迫切(qie)需求(qiu),2010年以來電(dian)(dian)(dian)科院(yuan)致力于(yu)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯產(chan)高效(xiao)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)方式方面的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)。針(zhen)對(dui)不同的(de)(de)(de)外部供(gong)(gong)熱(re)環境,結合(he)各類型機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)特性(xing),提出(chu)(chu)了(le)熱(re)能(neng)深度梯級利用的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)網首站改造技術,研制(zhi)設(she)計(ji)了(le)余熱(re)回收熱(re)能(neng)分(fen)級的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),實現能(neng)量(liang)分(fen)級優化、混(hun)合(he)加(jia)熱(re)、廢熱(re)回收。同時提出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)拖(tuo)動(dong)與采暖多用途動(dong)力供(gong)(gong)暖系(xi)統(tong)(tong)達(da)(da)到(dao)了(le)國際領先水平,解決了(le)長期連續(xu)運行的(de)(de)(de)主要輔機(ji)(ji)(ji)汽(qi)動(dong)驅動(dong)小汽(qi)輪機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)余熱(re)供(gong)(gong)熱(re)只(zhi)能(neng)適應連續(xu)穩定的(de)(de)(de)工業熱(re)負(fu)荷、不適應只(zhi)有季節(jie)性(xing)需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)采暖熱(re)負(fu)荷難題。系(xi)統(tong)(tong)配套設(she)計(ji)開發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)寬(kuan)背壓、雙(shuang)用途凝汽(qi)器(qi),運行端差可達(da)(da)到(dao)2℃以下(xia),實現低(di)溫熱(re)網加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。
在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集團的(de)推動(dong)下(xia),該(gai)項目先后在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆次熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)330兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)滎(ying)陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)600兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦超臨界機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吉(ji)(ji)林熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上(shang)完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)工(gong)程(cheng)示范。國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)雙抽(chou)可調(diao)工(gong)業抽(chou)汽和純(chun)凝/背(bei)壓切換技術改造(zao)(zao),煤(mei)(mei)耗水平(ping)達到國(guo)(guo)(guo)內200兆(zhao)(zhao)瓦等級機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)最好(hao)水平(ping);國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)完(wan)成(cheng)空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)高背(bei)壓供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)改造(zao)(zao)后,供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)期單臺機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)煤(mei)(mei)耗下(xia)降55克/千瓦時;滎(ying)陽電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)進行引(yin)(yin)風機(ji)(ji)(ji)汽動(dong)與供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)聯(lian)合改造(zao)(zao)后,在(zai)廠(chang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)大(da)幅下(xia)降的(de)同時,實(shi)現了(le)純(chun)凝工(gong)況(kuang)下(xia)煤(mei)(mei)耗下(xia)降0.7克/千瓦時,顛(dian)覆了(le)以(yi)往(wang)對(dui)汽動(dong)引(yin)(yin)風機(ji)(ji)(ji)改造(zao)(zao)項目“經濟不(bu)節能”的(de)認(ren)識;吉(ji)(ji)林熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)低位能供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)改造(zao)(zao),機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)年(nian)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)能力增加120萬吉(ji)(ji)焦,供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)高峰(feng)期機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)煤(mei)(mei)耗下(xia)降106克/千瓦時。
該項目(mu)的(de)(de)研發和(he)應(ying)用(yong),把我國(guo)(guo)熱電(dian)聯(lian)產技(ji)(ji)術(shu)水平提升到一個新(xin)的(de)(de)高度,將(jiang)帶(dai)動(dong)國(guo)(guo)內供熱技(ji)(ji)術(shu)改造(zao)進(jin)入一個新(xin)的(de)(de)時期。該項技(ji)(ji)術(shu)應(ying)用(yong)推(tui)廣后(hou),每年可以形成(cheng)上億噸標煤(mei)的(de)(de)節能量,將(jiang)為國(guo)(guo)家節能減(jian)排做出卓越貢獻。
