下好經營先手棋
日前(qian),鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)國(guo)際中(zhong)標(biao)阿(a)根(gen)廷米特雷貨運鐵(tie)路(lu)阿(a)爾維(wei)爾連(lian)接線項(xiang)目(mu)。該項(xiang)目(mu)是中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)在阿(a)根(gen)廷簽約的首個現匯項(xiang)目(mu),位(wei)于阿(a)根(gen)廷圣(sheng)達菲省(sheng)羅薩(sa)里奧(ao)市羅薩(sa)里奧(ao)港(gang)區,建(jian)(jian)成后將與圣(sheng)馬(ma)丁貨運鐵(tie)路(lu)改造(zao)項(xiang)目(mu)相連(lian),并極大地縮短羅薩(sa)里奧(ao)港(gang)貨物(wu)中(zhong)轉時間,提升港(gang)口物(wu)流效率(lv),降低運輸成本,促(cu)進(jin)當地經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)發展。春節后,中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)召開(kai)年初系列會(hui)議,部署經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)工(gong)作,持續優化(hua)國(guo)內“五(wu)位(wei)一體”和海(hai)外“3+5+N”經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)體系,健全(quan)完(wan)善協同(tong)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)機制,取得了經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)工(gong)作開(kai)門紅。

吹響生產沖鋒號
“生(sheng)產(chan)端效(xiao)率效(xiao)益(yi)(yi)代(dai)表著(zhu)企業核(he)心競爭力,要(yao)進一步加快發展智(zhi)慧建(jian)造(zao),推行精益(yi)(yi)化管(guan)理,降低生(sheng)產(chan)要(yao)素成本,加強(qiang)重難(nan)點項目管(guan)控(kong),增強(qiang)創譽創效(xiao)能力。”這(zhe)是中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)在年(nian)初系列會議上達成的共識。中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)以智(zhi)慧建(jian)造(zao)促升級,以精益(yi)(yi)管(guan)理增效(xiao)益(yi)(yi),重點重抓穩生(sheng)產(chan),各個區域領域迎(ying)來重要(yao)突破。
近(jin)日,滬渝蓉高(gao)鐵(tie)五峰至(zhi)恩(en)施段開工(gong)建設,由鐵(tie)四院承擔的國家重點研發計(ji)劃項目(mu)《陸路(lu)交通基礎設施智能(neng)化設計(ji)共性關鍵技(ji)術》北(bei)斗(dou)星基增(zeng)強系統(tong)在該(gai)項目(mu)應(ying)用。這是北(bei)斗(dou)星基定位(wei)(wei)技(ji)術首次應(ying)用于鐵(tie)路(lu)智能(neng)勘(kan)測領域。該(gai)技(ji)術可(ke)解決復雜山區沿線路(lu)段大范圍連續定位(wei)(wei)難題,進一步提高(gao)鐵(tie)路(lu)勘(kan)測效率與(yu)技(ji)術水平。
在(zai)南沙(sha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1號樓,“YOGO外賣(mai)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)”正式“上(shang)崗”。如(ru)今的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1號樓相當(dang)于一個物聯(lian)網系統(tong),在(zai)引入智能機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)后,工作(zuo)人(ren)員對樓棟內的(de)閘機(ji)、電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)等(deng)都進行了改造(zao)。當(dang)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)準備搭乘(cheng)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)時,會自動向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)內的(de)通信(xin)模(mo)塊發(fa)(fa)送(song)(song)呼(hu)叫(jiao)信(xin)息,云端平臺(tai)(tai)隨即(ji)發(fa)(fa)送(song)(song)指令告訴(su)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren),判斷最優(you)乘(cheng)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)路線(xian),而(er)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)配備的(de)攝像頭、傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi),則會根據電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)內人(ren)數(shu),綜(zong)合決策是否要搭乘(cheng)這臺(tai)(tai)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),在(zai)等(deng)待電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)到位開門后進入。而(er)對于在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)1號樓的(de)上(shang)班族來(lai)說(shuo),跟機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)一起擠電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)、享受(shou)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)人(ren)在(zai)樓宇中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提供各種服務的(de)人(ren)機(ji)共融生活場景,以后也將成(cheng)為常態(tai)。
中國鐵建緊盯(ding)重點(dian)區域、重大工程、重要節點(dian),推進現場施(shi)工順利進行。
日(ri)前,在(zai)中(zhong)鐵十四局承(cheng)建(jian)(jian)的南玉鐵路控制(zhi)性工(gong)程六律邕江特大橋施(shi)(shi)工(gong)現場,亞洲在(zai)用(yong)承(cheng)重最(zui)大、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)節段(duan)最(zui)長的懸臂灌注(zhu)造橋機正在(zai)進(jin)行(xing)跨越江面(mian)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)。100余(yu)名建(jian)(jian)設者分工(gong)配(pei)合(he),駕駛著這個(ge)“巨無霸”穩步推進(jin)現場施(shi)(shi)工(gong)。這是中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)(jian)搶抓施(shi)(shi)工(gong)黃(huang)金(jin)期,推進(jin)在(zai)建(jian)(jian)項目全面(mian)大干(gan)的一個(ge)縮影。
2月14日(ri),隨著(zhu)火車(che)(che)一(yi)聲鳴(ming)笛,首列滿載144根(gen)從(cong)波蘭進口的120米長軌(gui)的火車(che)(che),順利到達塞爾維亞(ya)歷史上(shang)第(di)一(yi)座(zuo)鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)基(ji)地(di)——中鐵十一(yi)局(ju)薩耶羅沃鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)基(ji)地(di),標志著(zhu)該(gai)鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)基(ji)地(di)正式(shi)進入存軌(gui)階段,為后續鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)施工創造(zao)了有利條件(jian)。
2月16日(ri),經過40余名工人3天3夜的(de)緊張(zhang)組裝調試,山東(dong)省(sheng)目前直徑最小盾構機(ji)“沂蒙(meng)一號”正式始發穿(chuan)越(yue)祊河段,由中(zhong)鐵十五局承建的(de)山東(dong)國能(neng)費縣熱源(yuan)(yuan)長輸(shu)供(gong)熱管網工程“腸(chang)梗阻”即將攻克。該項目建成后,通過大溫(wen)差技術(shu)實現熱源(yuan)(yuan)高效傳輸(shu),可向臨(lin)沂北(bei)部城區提供(gong)最大供(gong)熱能(neng)力約3000萬平方米,徹底解決城區集中(zhong)供(gong)熱熱源(yuan)(yuan)不足難題。
2月21日,中鐵十(shi)四局參與建設的(de)廣(guang)澳區鐵路取得階(jie)段性進展,用(yong)于該(gai)(gai)鐵路汕頭海灣隧道的(de)“鮀島號”盾構機下(xia)線(xian),將挑戰穿越該(gai)(gai)隧道地層11處(chu)斷(duan)裂(lie)帶(dai)。
此外,在北疆雪國(guo),中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)大橋局承建(jian)的(de)黑河公路口岸聯檢設施(shi)工(gong)程(cheng)正式實(shi)行運輸工(gong)具雙向通關(guan)。在秦嶺(ling)深處(chu),中(zhong)鐵十(shi)一局承建(jian)的(de)天竺山一號隧道已(yi)累計掘進突破4100米大關(guan)。建(jian)設者(zhe)在進口、出口相向掘進的(de)基礎上,于隧道中(zhong)間增設斜井,全(quan)力加快施(shi)工(gong)進度。在海(hai)南,中(zhong)鐵十(shi)二局承建(jian)的(de)海(hai)南東寨港(三江灣)生態(tai)修復項目(mu)火熱開工(gong)……中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)號子響徹大江南北,神州大地上,上演(yan)著(zhu)火熱的(de)大干(gan)景(jing)象。
搶耕安全責任田
一年(nian)春作手(shou),萬(wan)事(shi)行(xing)為(wei)先。新(xin)年(nian)伊始,中國鐵建各單位認(ren)真(zhen)規劃(hua)全(quan)年(nian)安全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)作,開展(zhan)好安全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)開工(gong)(gong)“第一課(ke)”,確保新(xin)的一年(nian)現場施工(gong)(gong)起步開局(ju)順利,切(qie)實做到復(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)產(chan)(chan)“不(bu)負春”。
天津(jin)(jin)港集疏運專用貨運通道項(xiang)目是服務京津(jin)(jin)冀協同發展,助(zhu)力實現(xian)“港城共榮(rong)”的一(yi)(yi)項(xiang)重(zhong)大工(gong)程。為(wei)順利推進復(fu)工(gong)復(fu)產(chan),嚴防各類安全(quan)(quan)事故發生,中鐵十九局天津(jin)(jin)港貨運通道項(xiang)目部通過“開工(gong)第一(yi)(yi)課”活動(dong),向工(gong)友們(men)(men)詳細(xi)講解復(fu)工(gong)注意事項(xiang),切實將安全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)工(gong)作抓早、抓細(xi)、抓實,凝心聚(ju)力奮戰“開門紅”。活動(dong)以“視頻+展板+講解+互動(dong)”的形式,圍繞企業復(fu)工(gong)復(fu)產(chan)知識(shi)、安全(quan)(quan)施工(gong)典型案(an)例、常見(jian)安全(quan)(quan)隱患、新職工(gong)三(san)級安全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育等(deng)內容,分(fen)析節后(hou)開工(gong)的安全(quan)(quan)風險(xian),提(ti)出科(ke)學(xue)有(you)效的應對措施。“兩小時的培訓,內容通俗易懂,對我們(men)(men)挺有(you)幫助(zhu)的”,項(xiang)目辦公室女職工(gong)張榕明說(shuo)。
在(zai)“北(bei)緯一度”的(de)海濱之(zhi)(zhi)城,馬(ma)來(lai)西亞新山加(jia)冕(mian)廣(guang)場項(xiang)目(mu)團(tuan)隊(dui)通過精心策(ce)劃,密(mi)切組織協調,已(yi)經早(zao)早(zao)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)產。該項(xiang)目(mu)是中鐵建設在(zai)馬(ma)來(lai)西亞的(de)第二個超高層項(xiang)目(mu),是當地地標建筑,位(wei)于(yu)“一帶一路”沿線的(de)重要節點之(zhi)(zhi)上,目(mu)前正處于(yu)幕墻、裝修、機電(dian)(dian)(dian)調試收(shou)尾(wei)階段,即將迎來(lai)竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收(shou)。為了保(bao)證完美(mei)收(shou)官,項(xiang)目(mu)管理人員加(jia)強施工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)監督和指導,緊盯關鍵環節,開(kai)足馬(ma)力進行(xing)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設。“從事電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作業,需要佩(pei)戴絕(jue)緣手套、穿絕(jue)緣鞋(xie),斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)進行(xing)作業……”每天(tian)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)人進入施工(gong)(gong)現場前,項(xiang)目(mu)都會常(chang)態(tai)化開(kai)展安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育,確保(bao)所有工(gong)(gong)人接(jie)受“全(quan)覆蓋、無(wu)死角”的(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育培訓,持續提高安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意(yi)識。
在中鐵十四局鹽豐快(kuai)速通道(二期)工程項(xiang)目(mu),項(xiang)目(mu)檢查專班剛剛完成對全(quan)(quan)線的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)大檢查。他們(men)在復產之(zhi)初積極開展(zhan)安(an)全(quan)(quan)教育培訓,提(ti)升管理人(ren)員新(xin)年安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產精氣神,對項(xiang)目(mu)現(xian)場的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)患(huan)及時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)全(quan)(quan)面查找(zhao)并(bing)一(yi)一(yi)銷(xiao)號,解(jie)決現(xian)場施(shi)工的(de)“后顧之(zhi)憂”。據(ju)悉,該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)剛剛獲評2022年江蘇省公路水運(yun)工程平(ping)安(an)工地建設省級(ji)“示范工地”,這也(ye)為項(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)(quan)體人(ren)員注入了(le)新(xin)年抓生產管安(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)嶄新(xin)動力。“目(mu)前,項(xiang)目(mu)正在全(quan)(quan)力進(jin)行(xing)橋面系鋪裝和護欄施(shi)工,力爭在10月完成全(quan)(quan)面建設。”該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)負責(ze)人(ren)表示。
此外,中國鐵建各單位還(huan)通過開展安(an)全(quan)演練、安(an)全(quan)督導組進工(gong)(gong)地等形式,不(bu)斷把安(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)盯緊做實,為現(xian)場(chang)施工(gong)(gong)保駕護航。
