【新年開新局 奮戰“開門紅”】中國鐵建:描繪復工春耕圖 澎湃發展新動能

海內(nei)外(wai)重大工程接連中標落地、施工現(xian)場(chang)大干如火如荼(tu)、查(cha)安(an)全除隱患不斷深入,隨著春天的到(dao)來(lai),中國鐵建各單位全面(mian)復工復產(chan),在生(sheng)產(chan)經營(ying)各領域掀起“大干熱潮”。

下好經營先手棋

日前,鐵建(jian)(jian)國(guo)際中標阿根廷(ting)米特雷貨(huo)(huo)運鐵路阿爾維爾連接(jie)線項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)。該項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)是中國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)在(zai)阿根廷(ting)簽約的首個現匯項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),位于阿根廷(ting)圣(sheng)達菲省羅薩里奧市羅薩里奧港(gang)區,建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)后(hou)(hou)將與圣(sheng)馬丁貨(huo)(huo)運鐵路改造項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)相連,并極大地縮短羅薩里奧港(gang)貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)中轉時間,提升港(gang)口物(wu)流效率,降(jiang)低(di)運輸成(cheng)本,促(cu)進當地經(jing)濟發展。春節后(hou)(hou),中國(guo)鐵建(jian)(jian)召開年初系(xi)列會議,部(bu)署經(jing)營(ying)工(gong)作(zuo),持續優化國(guo)內(nei)“五位一(yi)體”和海外(wai)“3+5+N”經(jing)營(ying)體系(xi),健全完(wan)善協同經(jing)營(ying)機制,取得了(le)經(jing)營(ying)工(gong)作(zuo)開門紅(hong)。

吹響生產沖鋒號

“生產端效(xiao)率(lv)效(xiao)益(yi)代表著企業核心(xin)競爭力(li),要(yao)(yao)進一步加(jia)快發展智慧建造(zao),推行精(jing)益(yi)化管理,降低(di)生產要(yao)(yao)素成本(ben),加(jia)強重難點項目管控,增強創譽創效(xiao)能力(li)。”這是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建在年初系(xi)列會議上達成的共識。中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建以(yi)智慧建造(zao)促(cu)升級,以(yi)精(jing)益(yi)管理增效(xiao)益(yi),重點重抓(zhua)穩生產,各個區域(yu)領(ling)域(yu)迎來重要(yao)(yao)突破。

近日,滬渝蓉高鐵(tie)(tie)五(wu)峰至恩施段開工建設,由鐵(tie)(tie)四院承擔(dan)的國家重點研發計劃項目(mu)《陸路交通基礎設施智(zhi)能化(hua)設計共性關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)》北(bei)斗星基增強系統在該項目(mu)應用。這是北(bei)斗星基定位(wei)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)首次應用于(yu)鐵(tie)(tie)路智(zhi)能勘(kan)測領域。該技(ji)術(shu)(shu)可(ke)解決復雜(za)山區沿線路段大(da)范圍連續(xu)定位(wei)難題,進(jin)一步提(ti)高鐵(tie)(tie)路勘(kan)測效率與技(ji)術(shu)(shu)水平(ping)。

在(zai)南沙(sha)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)環球(qiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心1號(hao)樓(lou),“YOGO外賣機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人”正式“上崗”。如今的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)環球(qiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心1號(hao)樓(lou)相當(dang)于一(yi)(yi)個(ge)物聯網系(xi)統(tong),在(zai)引入(ru)(ru)智能機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人后(hou),工(gong)作人員對(dui)樓(lou)棟內的(de)閘機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)梯等(deng)都進行了改造。當(dang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人準備(bei)(bei)搭乘(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)梯時,會(hui)自(zi)動向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)梯內的(de)通信(xin)模塊發送呼叫信(xin)息,云端平(ping)臺隨即發送指令告訴機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人,判(pan)斷(duan)最優乘(cheng)(cheng)梯路線(xian),而機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人配備(bei)(bei)的(de)攝像頭、傳感器,則會(hui)根據電(dian)(dian)梯內人數,綜合(he)決(jue)策是否要搭乘(cheng)(cheng)這(zhe)臺電(dian)(dian)梯,在(zai)等(deng)待電(dian)(dian)梯到位開(kai)門后(hou)進入(ru)(ru)。而對(dui)于在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)環球(qiu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心1號(hao)樓(lou)的(de)上班(ban)族來說,跟(gen)機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人一(yi)(yi)起(qi)擠電(dian)(dian)梯、享受機(ji)(ji)(ji)器人在(zai)樓(lou)宇中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)提供各(ge)種(zhong)服務的(de)人機(ji)(ji)(ji)共融生活(huo)場景(jing),以后(hou)也將成為常態(tai)。

中國鐵建緊盯重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點區域(yu)、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大工程、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)節點,推進(jin)現(xian)場(chang)施工順利進(jin)行。

日(ri)前,在(zai)(zai)中鐵十四局(ju)承建的南玉鐵路控制(zhi)性(xing)工(gong)程六律邕(yong)江(jiang)特大橋施(shi)工(gong)現場(chang),亞洲在(zai)(zai)用承重最大、施(shi)工(gong)節段最長的懸(xuan)臂灌注造橋機(ji)正在(zai)(zai)進(jin)行跨越江(jiang)面施(shi)工(gong)。100余名建設者分工(gong)配(pei)合,駕駛著這(zhe)個“巨無霸”穩步(bu)推進(jin)現場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)。這(zhe)是中國(guo)鐵建搶抓(zhua)施(shi)工(gong)黃金期,推進(jin)在(zai)(zai)建項目全面大干的一個縮影。

2月14日,隨著火(huo)車一聲(sheng)鳴笛,首列(lie)滿載144根(gen)從波蘭進口的120米長(chang)軌(gui)(gui)的火(huo)車,順利(li)到達塞爾(er)維亞歷史(shi)上第一座鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)(gui)基地(di)——中鐵十一局薩耶羅(luo)沃鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)(gui)基地(di),標志著該(gai)鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)(gui)基地(di)正(zheng)式進入存軌(gui)(gui)階段(duan),為后續鋪(pu)(pu)軌(gui)(gui)施工創造了有利(li)條件。

2月16日,經(jing)過40余名工人3天(tian)3夜的緊張組裝調(diao)試,山(shan)東(dong)省目前(qian)直徑最小盾構機“沂蒙(meng)一(yi)號(hao)”正式(shi)始發(fa)穿越祊(beng)河段,由中(zhong)鐵(tie)十五(wu)局承建(jian)的山(shan)東(dong)國能費縣熱(re)源(yuan)長輸供熱(re)管網工程(cheng)“腸(chang)梗阻”即將攻(gong)克。該(gai)項目建(jian)成后,通過大(da)溫差技術(shu)實現熱(re)源(yuan)高效(xiao)傳(chuan)輸,可(ke)向臨沂北部城區提供最大(da)供熱(re)能力約3000萬平方(fang)米,徹底解決城區集中(zhong)供熱(re)熱(re)源(yuan)不足(zu)難題。

2月21日,中鐵(tie)十四(si)局參與建設的廣澳(ao)區鐵(tie)路(lu)取得階段性進展,用于該鐵(tie)路(lu)汕頭海灣隧(sui)道的“鮀島號”盾構(gou)機(ji)下線(xian),將挑戰穿越該隧(sui)道地層11處斷裂帶。

此外,在(zai)北(bei)疆雪國(guo),中國(guo)鐵建(jian)大(da)橋局(ju)承建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)黑河公路(lu)口(kou)岸聯檢設施工(gong)程正式(shi)實(shi)行(xing)運輸工(gong)具雙向通關。在(zai)秦嶺(ling)深處,中鐵十一局(ju)承建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)天竺山一號隧(sui)道(dao)已累計掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)突破4100米大(da)關。建(jian)設者(zhe)在(zai)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)、出口(kou)相向掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上,于隧(sui)道(dao)中間增設斜(xie)井,全力(li)加快(kuai)施工(gong)進(jin)(jin)度。在(zai)海南,中鐵十二局(ju)承建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)海南東寨港(三江灣)生態修復(fu)項目火熱開(kai)工(gong)……中國(guo)鐵建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動號子響徹(che)大(da)江南北(bei),神州大(da)地上,上演著火熱的(de)(de)(de)大(da)干景象。

搶耕安全責任田

一年春(chun)作(zuo)手,萬事行(xing)為先。新(xin)年伊始,中國鐵(tie)建各單位認真規劃全(quan)(quan)年安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)作(zuo),開展(zhan)好安(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)開工(gong)“第一課(ke)”,確保新(xin)的一年現場施工(gong)起步開局順利,切(qie)實做到復工(gong)復產(chan)“不負春(chun)”。

天津(jin)港(gang)(gang)集疏運專用(yong)貨運通(tong)道項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目是(shi)服務京津(jin)冀協同(tong)發展,助力實(shi)現“港(gang)(gang)城共榮”的一項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)重大工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。為順利推進復(fu)(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)(fu)(fu)產(chan),嚴防各類(lei)安(an)(an)全事故發生,中鐵十九局天津(jin)港(gang)(gang)貨運通(tong)道項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目部通(tong)過“開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)第一課”活動,向(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)友們(men)詳細(xi)講(jiang)解復(fu)(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)注意事項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),切實(shi)將(jiang)安(an)(an)全生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作抓早、抓細(xi)、抓實(shi),凝心聚力奮(fen)戰“開(kai)門紅”。活動以“視(shi)頻+展板(ban)+講(jiang)解+互動”的形(xing)式,圍繞企業復(fu)(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)(fu)(fu)產(chan)知識、安(an)(an)全施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)典型(xing)案例、常(chang)見安(an)(an)全隱患、新職工(gong)(gong)(gong)三級安(an)(an)全教育等內容(rong),分析節后開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的安(an)(an)全風(feng)險,提(ti)出科學有(you)效的應對措(cuo)施(shi)。“兩小時(shi)的培訓(xun),內容(rong)通(tong)俗易懂,對我們(men)挺有(you)幫助的”,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目辦公室女(nv)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)張榕明說。

在“北緯一(yi)度”的海濱之城,馬來(lai)西亞新山(shan)加(jia)冕廣場(chang)項(xiang)目團隊通過精(jing)心(xin)策劃,密切組織協調,已經早(zao)早(zao)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)產。該(gai)項(xiang)目是(shi)中鐵建(jian)設在馬來(lai)西亞的第二個超高層項(xiang)目,是(shi)當地地標(biao)建(jian)筑,位(wei)于“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線的重要(yao)節(jie)點之上,目前正處于幕墻、裝修、機(ji)電(dian)(dian)調試(shi)收尾階段,即將迎來(lai)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)驗收。為(wei)了保證完(wan)美收官(guan),項(xiang)目管理人員(yuan)加(jia)強施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程監督和指導(dao),緊盯關鍵環節(jie),開(kai)足馬力進(jin)(jin)行工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設。“從事電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業(ye),需要(yao)佩(pei)戴絕緣(yuan)手(shou)套、穿絕緣(yuan)鞋,斷電(dian)(dian)后進(jin)(jin)行作業(ye)……”每天(tian)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人進(jin)(jin)入施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)前,項(xiang)目都會常態化開(kai)展安(an)(an)全教育,確保所有(you)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人接受“全覆蓋、無死(si)角”的安(an)(an)全教育培訓,持續提(ti)高安(an)(an)全意識。

在中鐵十四局鹽豐快速通道(dao)(二(er)期(qi))工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)檢(jian)查(cha)專班(ban)剛(gang)剛(gang)完(wan)成對全(quan)(quan)線(xian)的安全(quan)(quan)大檢(jian)查(cha)。他們在復產(chan)之初積(ji)極開展(zhan)安全(quan)(quan)教育(yu)培訓,提升管理人(ren)員新年(nian)安全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)精氣神,對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)現場的安全(quan)(quan)隱患及時進(jin)行全(quan)(quan)面查(cha)找并一一銷號,解決(jue)現場施工(gong)(gong)的“后(hou)顧之憂”。據悉,該項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)剛(gang)剛(gang)獲(huo)評2022年(nian)江蘇省公路水(shui)運工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)平安工(gong)(gong)地(di)建設省級“示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)地(di)”,這也為項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)全(quan)(quan)體人(ren)員注(zhu)入了(le)新年(nian)抓(zhua)生產(chan)管安全(quan)(quan)的嶄新動力。“目(mu)前(qian),項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)正在全(quan)(quan)力進(jin)行橋面系鋪裝和護欄施工(gong)(gong),力爭在10月完(wan)成全(quan)(quan)面建設。”該項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)負責人(ren)表(biao)示。

此外,中國鐵建(jian)各單位還通過開展安全(quan)演練、安全(quan)督導組進(jin)工(gong)地等形式,不(bu)斷把安全(quan)工(gong)作盯緊做(zuo)實,為(wei)現場施工(gong)保駕(jia)護(hu)航。
