6月4日,國內最高落(luo)差抽(chou)水蓄能(neng)電站(zhan)——吉(ji)林敦化抽(chou)水蓄能(neng)電站(zhan)1號機組(zu)投產發電,較(jiao)原計劃提前(qian)26天(tian)。
吉(ji)林(lin)(lin)敦化(hua)抽水(shui)(shui)蓄能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)位于(yu)吉(ji)林(lin)(lin)省敦化(hua)市北部(bu),最(zui)高揚程達(da)到(dao)712米,是國(guo)內(nei)首座700米級水(shui)(shui)位高差抽水(shui)(shui)蓄能電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)安裝4臺單機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量35萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦可逆(ni)式水(shui)(shui)泵水(shui)(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)組,總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量140萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,年(nian)設計發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量為23.42億千(qian)(qian)瓦時,抽水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量31.23億千(qian)(qian)瓦時,以500千(qian)(qian)伏出(chu)線接入吉(ji)林(lin)(lin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網。中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)所屬北京院設計,水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)六局、水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)十一局、水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)十四(si)局、水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)十六局、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)建(jian)筑公司承建(jian)了上下水(shui)(shui)庫大壩、引水(shui)(shui)系統、通(tong)風兼出(chu)線洞、交(jiao)通(tong)洞、自流排水(shui)(shui)洞、地下廠房及尾水(shui)(shui)系統、機(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)安裝等工程。

敦(dun)化電站(zhan)的建(jian)設(she)及投產,創造了國內抽水蓄(xu)能電站(zhan)工(gong)程建(jian)設(she)的多項紀錄。其中,大(da)(da)壩主體工(gong)程在施工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中,嚴(yan)控(kong)原(yuan)材料(liao)質(zhi)量(liang)關,優(you)選骨(gu)料(liao)級(ji)配(pei),精心(xin)開展(zhan)配(pei)合比試(shi)驗,嚴(yan)格控(kong)制(zhi)瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土溫度(du)和密實度(du),成功建(jian)設(she)了嚴(yan)寒地區抽水蓄(xu)能電站(zhan)首(shou)個瀝(li)青混(hun)凝土心(xin)墻(qiang)堆石壩,大(da)(da)壩建(jian)設(she)質(zhi)量(liang)優(you)秀,下水庫蓄(xu)水后大(da)(da)壩滲漏量(liang)僅(jin)為7升每(mei)秒。
據悉,吉(ji)林敦化抽水(shui)蓄能電(dian)站是吉(ji)林省“十二五”規(gui)劃建設的重點項目,是目前東(dong)北(bei)地(di)區最(zui)大、吉(ji)林省首座純抽水(shui)蓄能電(dian)站,也(ye)是延(yan)邊州(zhou)投資(zi)最(zui)大的單體工(gong)程。該電(dian)站建成后,將有(you)效緩解東(dong)北(bei)地(di)區電(dian)網調節能力不足問題,充分發揮電(dian)力供(gong)應和調峰填谷作(zuo)用,為(wei)東(dong)北(bei)電(dian)網安全穩定運行和促進新(xin)能源(yuan)消納(na)提供(gong)了更加堅(jian)強的保障。
