5月18日(ri),國家(jia)能源集團神東煤(mei)炭科技(ji)(ji)公(gong)關項目(mu)“基(ji)于分布式網絡保護的(de)供電(dian)防越級跳閘關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)術的(de)研究與應用”在大柳塔煤(mei)礦(kuang)順利投入使用近一個月,成功(gong)解決了越級跳閘的(de)問題,為供電(dian)系統安全可靠(kao)運行提(ti)供了重要保障(zhang),向智能化供電(dian)邁出(chu)了堅實的(de)一步。
供(gong)電系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)安全(quan)生產(chan)的基礎保障(zhang)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),其中(zhong)越(yue)級跳閘(zha)導致大(da)面積停電嚴重影響礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)安全(quan)生產(chan),是一(yi)直困(kun)擾礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)供(gong)電管理人員的“老大(da)難”問(wen)題(ti)。4月中(zhong)旬“基于分(fen)布式網絡保護的供(gong)電防越(yue)級跳閘(zha)關(guan)鍵技(ji)術的研究與(yu)應(ying)用”率先在大(da)柳塔煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)大(da)井(jing)高壓供(gong)電系(xi)(xi)統(tong)進行實踐(jian)。數(shu)據顯示,該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)投運前(qian)3個月,越(yue)級跳閘(zha)到供(gong)電中(zhong)心的地面白家渠變電所5次(ci),而該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)投運后至今為0次(ci)。
該技(ji)(ji)術打(da)破(po)傳統(tong)的(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)“各自(zi)為政、獨立判(pan)別(bie)”模式,以相互(hu)間(jian)(jian)實時(shi)共(gong)享的(de)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)數據為判(pan)據。供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)上下(xia)級(ji)自(zi)動(dong)識(shi)別(bie),根據故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)置自(zi)動(dong)分配上下(xia)級(ji)開(kai)關跳(tiao)閘時(shi)間(jian)(jian),故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)(wei)準(zhun),速(su)度快,防越(yue)級(ji)無(wu)死角。在有(you)效解(jie)決電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)短路故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)前提下(xia),突破(po)了高壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)接地(di)精確選線(xian)(xian)和(he)開(kai)關執(zhi)行機(ji)構動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)監測等供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)“瓶頸”問題。通過輔助選線(xian)(xian)信(xin)號源裝置主動(dong)注入的(de)附(fu)(fu)件(jian)信(xin)號,以附(fu)(fu)加信(xin)號為判(pan)據,以“邊緣(yuan)計算(suan)、網絡(luo)保(bao)護”防越(yue)級(ji)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)(wei)技(ji)(ji)術判(pan)別(bie)接地(di)點,判(pan)據清(qing)晰、速(su)度快,準(zhun)確率高,實現高壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)接地(di)精確選線(xian)(xian)。開(kai)關動(dong)作(zuo)機(ji)構動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)在線(xian)(xian)監測預警,徹底(di)解(jie)決了越(yue)級(ji)跳(tiao)閘問題,極(ji)大(da)地(di)提高了礦(kuang)井供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)化水(shui)平和(he)安全管理(li)水(shui)平,為智能礦(kuang)山(shan)建設(she)提供(gong)(gong)了供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)安全保(bao)障(zhang)。
