12月19日,白鶴(he)灘泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)主體工程(cheng)完工。據悉,該水(shui)電站共布置三(san)(san)條無(wu)壓泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong),是目(mu)前世界最大的無(wu)壓泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)群。每(mei)(mei)條泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)由進水(shui)塔、無(wu)壓洞(dong)身(shen)段(上(shang)平段及龍落尾)、出口挑流鼻坎及通風(feng)補氣系(xi)統(tong)組成。三(san)(san)條泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)洞(dong)最大泄(xie)水(shui)量約每(mei)(mei)秒1.2萬立方米(mi),只需18分鐘就能灌滿整(zheng)個西湖,流速更(geng)是達到每(mei)(mei)秒47米(mi),在泄(xie)洪(hong)(hong)設施建造史上(shang)位(wei)列前茅。

泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞是水(shui)電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中承擔泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)任務(wu)的建筑物。受高(gao)(gao)速水(shui)流(liu)空化、氣蝕影(ying)響,泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)建筑物是電(dian)站運行(xing)期間最(zui)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)破壞(huai)的工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)部(bu)位,多(duo)年(nian)來行(xing)業內一直在(zai)探索水(shui)工(gong)隧洞高(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)襯砌的可能,卻始終未能取得突破。白鶴灘水(shui)電(dian)站泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)首次實現(xian)(xian)(xian)全過流(liu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)澆筑低(di)坍落度(du)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu),并研發基于薄壁結構襯砌混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)的智能溫控技術,解(jie)決了(le)襯砌混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)“無(wu)襯不(bu)(bu)裂”的世界難題,發明“施工(gong)縫無(wu)縫銜(xian)接工(gong)藝”等一系(xi)列創新工(gong)藝,徹底解(jie)決了(le)襯砌混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)質(zhi)量頑疾(ji),過流(liu)面(mian)(mian)(mian)達(da)到了(le)2米(mi)靠尺檢查不(bu)(bu)平(ping)整度(du)小于3毫(hao)米(mi)的標準(zhun),實現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)體型精準(zhun)、平(ping)整光滑、無(wu)缺陷,養護狀態下呈現(xian)(xian)(xian)鏡面(mian)(mian)(mian)映射效果,在(zai)業界被譽為(wei)“鏡面(mian)(mian)(mian)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)”,確保了(le)泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)建筑物運行(xing)期安(an)全,成(cheng)為(wei)白鶴灘水(shui)電(dian)站世界一流(liu)精品工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的一張名片。

白鶴灘(tan)泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)主體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)順利完工(gong)(gong),凝(ning)結(jie)著所有參建者(zhe)的(de)(de)智慧和汗水(shui)。以泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞(dong)龍落(luo)尾段為例,在(zai)短短的(de)(de)400米(mi)范圍內垂直落(luo)差達(da)到(dao)(dao)90米(mi),并(bing)包括(kuo)三種體型、四種襯砌斷面,最大坡度(du)(du)達(da)到(dao)(dao)23°,在(zai)如(ru)此高(gao)難度(du)(du)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)部(bu)位澆筑低(di)坍(tan)(tan)落(luo)度(du)(du)混(hun)凝(ning)土在(zai)業內尚無先例。參建各方成(cheng)(cheng)立“黨員攻關小組(zu)”積極開展技術(shu)創(chuang)新,自主研發大坡度(du)(du)重載自動(dong)化運料系(xi)統(tong)和大坡度(du)(du)曲面底板常態混(hun)凝(ning)土成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)施工(gong)(gong)裝備(bei),與(yu)之前已研制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)功并(bing)投(tou)入使用(yong)的(de)(de)高(gao)邊墻低(di)坍(tan)(tan)落(luo)度(du)(du)上料系(xi)統(tong)、水(shui)平旋(xuan)轉布(bu)料系(xi)統(tong),共同構(gou)成(cheng)(cheng)了巨(ju)型泄洪(hong)(hong)(hong)洞(dong)全過流面低(di)坍(tan)(tan)落(luo)度(du)(du)混(hun)凝(ning)土施工(gong)(gong)系(xi)列化裝備(bei),為我國水(shui)電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)裝備(bei)制(zhi)造帶來重大革(ge)新。
白(bai)鶴灘水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站泄洪洞(dong)工程的完工,是(shi)行業內首次實現水(shui)(shui)工隧洞(dong)襯(chen)砌混(hun)凝土的無缺陷建(jian)造,提(ti)高了襯(chen)砌混(hun)凝土質量標準。建(jian)造過(guo)程中各項技術均達到世(shi)界(jie)領先水(shui)(shui)平,再(zai)一次為填補(bu)世(shi)界(jie)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)建(jian)設技術空白(bai)提(ti)供(gong)了中國(guo)智慧。
