7月14日14時58分,中老(lao)鐵路建設再傳捷報。隨著(zhu)一聲炮(pao)響,由中國電建所屬(shu)水(shui)電十(shi)四局承(cheng)建的中老(lao)鐵路(老(lao)撾段(duan))拉孟山隧(sui)道順(shun)利貫通(tong)。至此,水(shui)電十(shi)四局承(cheng)建的中老(lao)鐵路項(xiang)目五(wu)座隧(sui)道全部(bu)貫通(tong),標志著(zhu)項(xiang)目主(zhu)體工程(cheng)全部(bu)完工,為全線鋪軌順(shun)利推進奠(dian)定(ding)了堅實基礎。
拉孟(meng)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)是(shi)中老鐵路老撾段六(liu)座重難點隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)和全線控(kong)制性工程,隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)全長7882米,位于(yu)地質(zhi)縫合(he)帶上,地質(zhi)發育及構(gou)造極為復(fu)雜,地表(biao)溝壑縱橫,最大(da)埋深424米,臨近的(de)多條河(he)流(liu)河(he)床(chuang)高于(yu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)洞(dong)身,全隧(sui)(sui)(sui)IV、V級圍巖占比95.%以上,施工技術難度極高。據統計,開(kai)工至(zhi)今(jin),拉孟(meng)山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)進口及斜井累(lei)計遭遇87次突發涌(yong)水,出(chu)水點多、涌(yong)水量(liang)大(da),最大(da)涌(yong)水量(liang)達到28500立方米/天。
在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),水(shui)(shui)電十(shi)四局項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(bu)克服(fu)了地(di)質(zhi)圍巖(yan)多變,斷層、破碎帶、巖(yan)溶(rong)、軟巖(yan)變形、突(tu)發性(xing)涌水(shui)(shui)頻繁(fan)等極端(duan)地(di)質(zhi)難題,采取“一斜井(設(she)計538m)+一平導(設(she)計3499m)”輔(fu)助坑道組(zu)織施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其中(zhong)(zhong)關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)線路對打長(chang)度(du)達6480米(mi),各工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序緊密銜(xian)接。同時(shi),針對反(fan)復出現的突(tu)發性(xing)涌水(shui)(shui)情況(kuang),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(bu)采取長(chang)距離、多段落(luo)的反(fan)坡排(pai)水(shui)(shui)方(fang)式(shi),保障(zhang)(zhang)掌子面順(shun)利推進(jin)。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)推進(jin)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(bu)還通過采取超(chao)前地(di)質(zhi)預報(bao),實現精準爆破,提高(gao)混凝土噴射(she)效率(lv),使用先進(jin)的九大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)裝技術等,取得了正洞軟弱(ruo)圍巖(yan)最(zui)高(gao)月開挖(wa)支護110.4米(mi),關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)線路月均(jun)掘進(jin)進(jin)尺超(chao)過80米(mi)的成(cheng)績,有力保障(zhang)(zhang)了隧道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的進(jin)度(du)和(he)質(zhi)量。
