2019年(nian)12月27日,2022年(nian)北(bei)京(jing)冬奧(ao)會重(zhong)點配套工程(cheng),也(ye)是世界(jie)首個(ge)柔(rou)性(xing)直流電網(wang)——國家電網(wang)張(zhang)北(bei)柔(rou)性(xing)直流電網(wang)試驗示范工程(cheng)(以下簡稱“張(zhang)北(bei)柔(rou)直工程(cheng)”)全面啟動(dong)調(diao)試,預計2020年(nian)上半年(nian)投(tou)產運行。

張北(bei)(bei)柔(rou)直(zhi)(zhi)工程(cheng)(cheng)為匯集和輸送(song)(song)大(da)(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電、光伏(fu)、儲能(neng)(neng)、抽(chou)蓄等(deng)多種(zhong)形態(tai)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)四端柔(rou)性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電網。工程(cheng)(cheng)正式投運后,將依(yi)托666千(qian)(qian)(qian)米(mi)±500千(qian)(qian)(qian)伏(fu)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸電線(xian)路(lu)及張北(bei)(bei)、康保、豐(feng)寧(ning)、北(bei)(bei)京(jing)4座(zuo)換(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)(liu)站,實現最大(da)(da)輸送(song)(song)能(neng)(neng)力(li)450萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦、總換(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)(liu)容(rong)量(liang)900萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦,大(da)(da)幅(fu)提(ti)升(sheng)張家(jia)口(kou)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)能(neng)(neng)力(li),有(you)效化解張北(bei)(bei)地區(qu)千(qian)(qian)(qian)萬(wan)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦級清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)納難題;同(tong)時,每年可向北(bei)(bei)京(jing)地區(qu)輸送(song)(song)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)電量(liang)約140億(yi)千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時,超(chao)過北(bei)(bei)京(jing)市年用電量(liang)的(de)(de)十分之一,減少標煤消(xiao)耗448萬(wan)噸(dun)、減排(pai)二(er)氧化碳1165萬(wan)噸(dun),大(da)(da)幅(fu)提(ti)升(sheng)北(bei)(bei)京(jing)地區(qu)清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)消(xiao)費比(bi)重。

張北(bei)柔(rou)(rou)直(zhi)(zhi)工程(cheng)在(zai)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)首次(ci)提出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)多(duo)點(dian)匯(hui)集、多(duo)點(dian)送出(chu)、柔(rou)(rou)直(zhi)(zhi)組網(wang)、多(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補的直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電網(wang)基本(ben)概(gai)念與工程(cheng)方案,示范(fan)(fan)了(le)(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)先進(jin)的電力生產、傳輸、存(cun)儲、利用和運(yun)行(xing)控(kong)制技(ji)術,創(chuang)造了(le)(le)(le)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)大(da)(da)功(gong)率全(quan)控(kong)可關斷器件、世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)高電壓等級(ji)最(zui)大(da)(da)換(huan)流(liu)容量柔(rou)(rou)性直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)換(huan)流(liu)閥(fa)、世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最(zui)高電壓等級(ji)最(zui)大(da)(da)開(kai)斷能(neng)力直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)斷路器等12項世(shi)界(jie)第(di)一,為解(jie)決(jue)電網(wang)薄弱導致的大(da)(da)規模可再生能(neng)源匯(hui)集與送出(chu)困難問題樹立了(le)(le)(le)典范(fan)(fan),提升(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)我國(guo)電力科技(ji)和電工裝備制造的國(guo)際領先地(di)位。
