12月25日,中國鐵(tie)建所屬鐵(tie)四院(yuan)總體設(she)計的國內首條穿海地(di)(di)鐵(tie)——廈(sha)門(men)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)2號(hao)(hao)線通(tong)車運營。這也(ye)是(shi)廈(sha)門(men)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)繼1號(hao)(hao)線后開(kai)通(tong)的第二(er)條地(di)(di)鐵(tie)線路,標(biao)志(zhi)著廈(sha)門(men)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)從單線到雙線,真(zhen)正進入“換乘時代”。
廈(sha)門地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)2號線由中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)所屬中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)一(yi)局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)二(er)局、中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)大橋局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)四局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)六局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)七局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)八局、中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)二(er)十(shi)二(er)局和中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)參(can)建(jian),全長41.6公里,全線為地下線,設(she)32座車站(zhan)(zhan)。開通(tong)后,從位(wei)于島內東渡的郵輪(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)心站(zhan)(zhan)到海滄灣公園站(zhan)(zhan),穿(chuan)過(guo)全長2784米的海底隧(sui)道,僅需3分鐘。
在海底隧道(dao)施工(gong)中,建設者(zhe)采用(yong)了多項(xiang)新技(ji)術、新工(gong)藝,包括海上孤石(shi)爆破及注漿(jiang)、全(quan)程超前探孔探水(shui)(shui)、高水(shui)(shui)壓破碎巖(yan)層(ceng)衡(heng)盾(dun)泥(ni)輔助泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)盾(dun)構帶壓換刀、承壓水(shui)(shui)環境(jing)下巖(yan)石(shi)裂隙注漿(jiang)堵水(shui)(shui)技(ji)術等。
針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)地(di)下土(tu)建(jian)施工中(zhong)涉及的十(shi)幾(ji)種復雜地(di)層,建(jian)設者對(dui)(dui)爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)方案進行(xing)改(gai)進優(you)化,在基(ji)坑爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)中(zhong)采(cai)用淺(qian)孔(kong)、數(shu)碼(ma)電子雷管(guan)及多段位毫(hao)秒延期松(song)動(dong)控制爆破(po)(po)(po)(po),降低爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)振動(dong)效應(ying),減少爆破(po)(po)(po)(po)對(dui)(dui)周圍(wei)建(jian)筑物(wu)的影響。同時,他(ta)們(men)還首次將BIM+3D打印技術應(ying)用到施工生產中(zhong),對(dui)(dui)主體結(jie)構(gou)、地(di)質環境、周邊建(jian)筑物(wu)環境進行(xing)三維模型模擬,并進行(xing)施工模擬、優(you)化,選擇(ze)出最優(you)施工方案。
