國內首條穿海地鐵開通運營

12月25日,中國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬鐵(tie)四院總體設計的(de)國(guo)內首條(tiao)穿海地(di)鐵(tie)——廈門(men)地(di)鐵(tie)2號線(xian)通車運營。這也是廈門(men)地(di)鐵(tie)繼1號線(xian)后開通的(de)第二條(tiao)地(di)鐵(tie)線(xian)路(lu),標志(zhi)著廈門(men)地(di)鐵(tie)從單線(xian)到雙(shuang)線(xian),真(zhen)正(zheng)進入“換乘時(shi)代”。

廈門(men)地鐵(tie)(tie)2號線由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)所(suo)屬中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十一局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十二局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)大橋局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十四局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十六(liu)局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十七局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十八局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)二十二局(ju)(ju)和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)參建(jian)(jian),全長(chang)41.6公(gong)里,全線為地下(xia)線,設(she)32座車站。開通后,從位于島內東渡的郵輪中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)站到海(hai)(hai)滄灣公(gong)園(yuan)站,穿過全長(chang)2784米的海(hai)(hai)底隧(sui)道(dao),僅需3分鐘。

在海底隧道施工(gong)中,建(jian)設者(zhe)采用了多項新(xin)技術、新(xin)工(gong)藝,包括海上孤石爆破及(ji)注漿(jiang)、全程超前探孔探水(shui)(shui)、高水(shui)(shui)壓破碎(sui)巖(yan)層衡盾泥輔助(zhu)泥水(shui)(shui)盾構帶壓換刀、承(cheng)壓水(shui)(shui)環境下巖(yan)石裂隙注漿(jiang)堵水(shui)(shui)技術等。

針對(dui)(dui)地下土建(jian)(jian)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)涉及的十幾(ji)種復雜地層(ceng),建(jian)(jian)設者對(dui)(dui)爆(bao)破(po)(po)方(fang)案進行改進優(you)化(hua),在基坑爆(bao)破(po)(po)中(zhong)采用淺孔、數碼電子雷管及多段(duan)位毫秒延期松動控制爆(bao)破(po)(po),降低爆(bao)破(po)(po)振(zhen)動效應,減少爆(bao)破(po)(po)對(dui)(dui)周圍建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)的影響。同(tong)時,他們還首(shou)次將BIM+3D打印技術(shu)應用到施(shi)工(gong)生產中(zhong),對(dui)(dui)主體結(jie)構(gou)、地質環境、周邊建(jian)(jian)筑物(wu)環境進行三維模型模擬(ni)(ni),并進行施(shi)工(gong)模擬(ni)(ni)、優(you)化(hua),選擇出最(zui)優(you)施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)案。
