10月8日,長江(jiang)三峽壩(ba)區(qu)岸(an)電(dian)實驗(yan)區(qu)仙人橋靠(kao)(kao)船墩、沙灣錨(mao)地(di)丁靠(kao)(kao)岸(an)電(dian)示范(fan)項目(mu)先后接電(dian)成功,有效解決了(le)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱、滾裝(zhuang)船靠(kao)(kao)船墩停靠(kao)(kao)時江(jiang)心接電(dian),集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱、干散貨船直立式碼頭和斜(xie)坡道(dao)遠(yuan)距離岸(an)基供電(dian)等難題(ti),標志(zhi)著長江(jiang)三峽壩(ba)區(qu)岸(an)電(dian)實驗(yan)區(qu)自此全面投運。
今年4月26日(ri),長(chang)江全流域岸電(dian)全覆蓋推進會在湖北(bei)省宜昌(chang)(chang)市召開。按照“先(xian)(xian)易后難、先(xian)(xian)客(ke)后貨”的原則,長(chang)江三(san)峽(xia)壩區岸電(dian)實驗區秭歸港岸電(dian)項目(mu)及(ji)長(chang)江三(san)峽(xia)通航服(fu)務區岸電(dian)項目(mu)先(xian)(xian)后建設(she)投運(yun),運(yun)營(ying)情況良(liang)好。在前(qian)期岸電(dian)項目(mu)建設(she)基(ji)礎上(shang),國網宜昌(chang)(chang)供電(dian)公(gong)司組(zu)織人員對余下的靠(kao)(kao)船墩和(he)丁靠(kao)(kao)兩個岸電(dian)項目(mu)展開攻(gong)關。
仙人(ren)橋靠船(chuan)墩、沙灣錨地丁靠岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目位(wei)于(yu)長江三(san)峽壩(ba)區核心水域,主要為(wei)過往滾裝船(chuan)、集(ji)裝箱船(chuan)等船(chuan)舶(bo)待閘時(shi)提供(gong)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)。沙灣丁靠系泊項(xiang)(xiang)目采(cai)(cai)用(yong)靠岸(an)(an)固(gu)定式供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系統(tong),為(wei)了(le)解(jie)決不同高程丁靠系泊的(de)干散(san)貨船(chuan)接電(dian)(dian)問(wen)題,宜昌供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公司采(cai)(cai)用(yong)分級設置(zhi)方式,將可移動(dong)式岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)接口箱隨水位(wei)變化(hua)放置(zhi)在不同高程的(de)工作平(ping)臺(tai)上,解(jie)決了(le)電(dian)(dian)纜上船(chuan)的(de)難(nan)題。靠船(chuan)墩岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目采(cai)(cai)用(yong)離岸(an)(an)固(gu)定式供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系統(tong),船(chuan)舶(bo)停(ting)靠后(hou)可通過掃描二維碼(ma)的(de)方式實現岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)啟停(ting)。同時(shi),該公司聯(lian)合技術單(dan)位(wei)創新研制(zhi)了(le)遠程調控手機APP,通過手機遠程遙控接口箱升降,切實便(bian)于(yu)運(yun)維和智(zhi)能化(hua)操作,方便(bian)了(le)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)設施的(de)安全維護。
截至10月8日,三(san)峽壩區(qu)為1225艘次客(ke)貨(huo)船舶接用(yong)岸(an)電,用(yong)電量335.1萬千(qian)瓦時,替代燃油787.5噸(dun),減少各類有害(hai)物(wu)排(pai)放2513.25噸(dun)。經測算,與柴油發電相比,船舶使(shi)用(yong)岸(an)電用(yong)能(neng)成本下降(jiang)了三(san)分之一。
