10月8日,長江(jiang)三(san)峽壩(ba)區岸電(dian)實(shi)驗(yan)區仙人橋靠(kao)船墩、沙灣錨地丁(ding)靠(kao)岸電(dian)示范項目先后接(jie)電(dian)成功(gong),有效(xiao)解(jie)決了集(ji)(ji)裝箱、滾裝船靠(kao)船墩停靠(kao)時江(jiang)心接(jie)電(dian),集(ji)(ji)裝箱、干散(san)貨船直立式碼頭和斜坡道遠距離岸基供(gong)電(dian)等難(nan)題,標志著(zhu)長江(jiang)三(san)峽壩(ba)區岸電(dian)實(shi)驗(yan)區自此(ci)全面投運。
今(jin)年4月(yue)26日(ri),長江全(quan)流域岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)全(quan)覆蓋推進會在湖(hu)北省宜昌市召開(kai)。按(an)照“先(xian)易(yi)后(hou)難(nan)、先(xian)客后(hou)貨”的原(yuan)則,長江三(san)峽壩區(qu)(qu)岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)實驗區(qu)(qu)秭歸港(gang)岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)及長江三(san)峽通航服務(wu)區(qu)(qu)岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)先(xian)后(hou)建設投運(yun),運(yun)營情況良好。在前期(qi)岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)建設基礎上(shang),國(guo)網宜昌供(gong)電(dian)(dian)公司組織人(ren)員對余下的靠船墩和(he)丁(ding)靠兩(liang)個岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)展開(kai)攻關(guan)。
仙(xian)人橋靠(kao)(kao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)墩(dun)、沙(sha)灣(wan)錨地丁(ding)靠(kao)(kao)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)位于長江三峽壩區核心水域,主要為(wei)過(guo)(guo)往滾(gun)裝(zhuang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)(xiang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)等(deng)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)待閘(zha)時提供(gong)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。沙(sha)灣(wan)丁(ding)靠(kao)(kao)系(xi)泊(bo)項目(mu)采(cai)用(yong)靠(kao)(kao)岸(an)(an)固定式供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統,為(wei)了(le)解決不同(tong)高程(cheng)丁(ding)靠(kao)(kao)系(xi)泊(bo)的(de)干散貨船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)問題,宜昌供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)司采(cai)用(yong)分級(ji)設置(zhi)方(fang)式,將可移動式岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)接口(kou)箱(xiang)(xiang)隨水位變化放置(zhi)在不同(tong)高程(cheng)的(de)工作平臺上(shang),解決了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)上(shang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)的(de)難題。靠(kao)(kao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)墩(dun)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)采(cai)用(yong)離岸(an)(an)固定式供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統,船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)停靠(kao)(kao)后可通(tong)過(guo)(guo)掃描二維(wei)(wei)碼的(de)方(fang)式實現岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)啟停。同(tong)時,該公(gong)司聯合技術單位創(chuang)新研制(zhi)了(le)遠程(cheng)調(diao)控手(shou)機(ji)APP,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)手(shou)機(ji)遠程(cheng)遙(yao)控接口(kou)箱(xiang)(xiang)升降,切(qie)實便于運維(wei)(wei)和智能(neng)化操作,方(fang)便了(le)岸(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設施的(de)安全維(wei)(wei)護。
截至10月8日,三峽壩區為1225艘次(ci)客(ke)貨船(chuan)舶接用岸電,用電量335.1萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)時,替(ti)代燃油787.5噸,減少各類有(you)害物排(pai)放2513.25噸。經測算,與柴油發電相(xiang)比,船(chuan)舶使用岸電用能成本下降了(le)三分之一。
