9月27日,由(you)中國鐵建(jian)所屬(shu)中鐵十(shi)四局三公司承建(jian)的福(fu)建(jian)省在建(jian)最大互通(tong)(tong)式立(li)交橋——寧(ning)古高(gao)速(su)公路六都樞紐(niu)互通(tong)(tong)式立(li)交橋建(jian)成(cheng)通(tong)(tong)車,沈(shen)海復線高(gao)速(su)、寧(ning)古高(gao)速(su)及寧(ning)德城區(qu)之間實現完美對接,形(xing)成(cheng)了便捷(jie)的交通(tong)(tong)流(liu)轉換。
該項目(mu)是(shi)福建(jian)省(sheng)重(zhong)點(dian)工(gong)程,也是(shi)服務(wu)(wu)上汽(qi)集團寧(ning)德(de)基地的(de)(de)配(pei)套項目(mu),位于福建(jian)省(sheng)寧(ning)德(de)市蕉城區六都村附近(jin),共設匝道11條、連接線(xian)1條,總長8029米,4次(ci)上跨(kua)、1次(ci)下(xia)穿既有高(gao)速公路,為(wei)(wei)國內少見的(de)(de)小半徑、大坡度(du)、復合式(shi)曲線(xian)匝道橋,架梁(liang)最大縱坡為(wei)(wei)3.7%,是(shi)正常架梁(liang)坡度(du)的(de)(de)兩倍。施工(gong)工(gong)藝要求(qiu)高(gao),架梁(liang)工(gong)作任務(wu)(wu)艱巨,與同為(wei)(wei)福建(jian)省(sheng)重(zhong)點(dian)項目(mu)北山區域西林校區配(pei)套的(de)(de)鑒湖(hu)路工(gong)程施工(gong)相(xiang)互(hu)干(gan)擾,增加了項目(mu)的(de)(de)施工(gong)復雜性。

建設者(zhe)在施工中不等不靠,“大干(gan)晴天(tian)、搶(qiang)干(gan)陰天(tian)、巧(qiao)干(gan)雨天(tian)”,嚴把安全關、質量(liang)關,采取早班和晚班工作制度,避開高(gao)溫施工,咬住施工目(mu)標(biao),細化施工工序,根據工程數量(liang)及特點(dian),合理調配施工隊(dui)伍、機(ji)械設備,嚴格(ge)落(luo)實獎罰機(ji)制,確保了各節點(dian)目(mu)標(biao)的順利完成(cheng)。
據項(xiang)(xiang)目經理(li)李保(bao)印介紹,面對復雜的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)環境(jing)和(he)技術難題(ti),項(xiang)(xiang)目部采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)BIM建模、智(zhi)能張拉壓(ya)漿系統、螺旋管貝雷梁(liang)支架及變形監控與預警(jing)體(ti)系等工(gong)藝工(gong)法,解決了(le)(le)(le)匝道橋建設(she)難題(ti);為確保(bao)制架梁(liang)任務(wu)的(de)圓滿(man)完成(cheng),六(liu)都互通橋梁(liang)拼寬(kuan)段(duan)設(she)置了(le)(le)(le)跨墩龍門提(ti)梁(liang)機(ji)(ji),配合多臺大噸位汽車(che)吊和(he)架梁(liang)機(ji)(ji)聯合作業,解決了(le)(le)(le)運梁(liang)通道修筑困難、險峻的(de)地理(li)形勢和(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)干擾等問題(ti);施(shi)(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)(le)砂石分離(li)機(ji)(ji)、脈沖(chong)式除塵器(qi)(qi)、智(zhi)能焊接機(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)人等設(she)備,制定了(le)(le)(le)環境(jing)保(bao)護及水土保(bao)持管理(li)辦法,使整(zheng)個互通與周邊的(de)蒼山(shan)翠嶺渾然一體(ti),起到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)良好的(de)環境(jing)保(bao)護成(cheng)效。
此外,項目(mu)(mu)部(bu)(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)在(zai)項目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設過程中堅持(chi)“抓黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)從工(gong)(gong)(gong)作出(chu)發,抓工(gong)(gong)(gong)作從黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)入(ru)手”,落(luo)實(shi)福建(jian)(jian)省黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)標(biao)準化工(gong)(gong)(gong)作要(yao)求,以“6432”創建(jian)(jian)體系為準繩,支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建(jian)(jian)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)地上,黨(dang)(dang)(dang)旗飄在(zai)崗位(wei)上,黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)同志沖鋒在(zai)前,班子成員(yuan)劃定責任區,頂住(zhu)寧(ning)古(gu)高速六都互(hu)通快速推(tui)進(jin)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)壓力(li),實(shi)現了(le)(le)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)深度融(rong)合,確保了(le)(le)寧(ning)古(gu)六都互(hu)通的(de)順利通車。

據悉,寧(ning)古(gu)高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路工程是福建(jian)省高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路網(wang)規劃(2016-2030年(nian))“第二橫”寧(ning)德至(zhi)光澤高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路的重要(yao)組(zu)成(cheng)部分,建(jian)成(cheng)后將進(jin)一步完(wan)善福建(jian)省高(gao)(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路網(wang),對構建(jian)福建(jian)省東北部沿(yan)(yan)海(hai)地區(qu)通往內陸新(xin)通道,拓展三(san)都澳港區(qu)內陸腹地,促進(jin)沿(yan)(yan)線資源開發及(ji)經濟社會協調發展具有(you)重要(yao)意義(yi)。
