3月14日,中(zhong)國(guo)自(zi)主研發(fa)設(she)計的全(quan)(quan)球首條智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)磁浮軌排(pai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)在(zai)(zai)鐵建(jian)重工(gong)長(chang)沙第二產(chan)(chan)業園實(shi)現量(liang)產(chan)(chan),目前正在(zai)(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)廣東清遠磁浮旅游專(zhuan)線(xian)工(gong)程的軌排(pai)供貨訂單(dan)。該(gai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)全(quan)(quan)長(chang)約500米,寬(kuan)約18米,可實(shi)現軌排(pai)自(zi)動(dong)上下料、自(zi)動(dong)輸(shu)送翻轉、自(zi)動(dong)裝夾定位(wei)、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)數控加工(gong)、在(zai)(zai)線(xian)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)檢測、自(zi)動(dong)涂裝以及柔(rou)性裝配,填補(bu)了全(quan)(quan)球磁浮軌道設(she)備智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的空白。

據(ju)了解,該生(sheng)產線具(ju)有制(zhi)造(zao)工序集(ji)成化、生(sheng)產數(shu)據(ju)信息化、控制(zhi)系統智能化的特點,通過流水線串聯和并(bing)聯式生(sheng)產,采用單機多刀頭機械加工、數(shu)控彎(wan)曲(qu)等世界(jie)先進加工技術,降低了工人70%以上的勞動強度,生(sheng)產質(zhi)量穩(wen)定可(ke)(ke)控,合格率達99%,加工效率大幅提(ti)高,年生(sheng)產能力可(ke)(ke)達80公(gong)里。
磁(ci)(ci)浮(fu)軌排是(shi)承載磁(ci)(ci)浮(fu)車輛運(yun)行(xing)的(de)線(xian)路裝(zhuang)備(bei),車輛通過(guo)(guo)懸浮(fu)在(zai)軌排上面實(shi)現平穩運(yun)行(xing)。傳統的(de)磁(ci)(ci)浮(fu)軌排生(sheng)(sheng)產需(xu)要人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)吊裝(zhuang)和(he)裝(zhuang)夾定位,采用(yong)單(dan)(dan)一設(she)備(bei)單(dan)(dan)刀加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業,生(sheng)(sheng)產耗時長,設(she)備(bei)和(he)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)占(zhan)用(yong)多(duo),制造精度及(ji)生(sheng)(sheng)產效率低,一根(gen)F型鋼加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)至少(shao)需(xu)要9個小時才能完成。通過(guo)(guo)智能流(liu)水(shui)線(xian),單(dan)(dan)根(gen)F型鋼加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)不超過(guo)(guo)40分鐘(zhong),相(xiang)比傳統加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)模(mo)式軌排變(bian)形(xing)達到2毫米(mi),智能流(liu)水(shui)線(xian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)軌排變(bian)形(xing)均控制在(zai)0.5毫米(mi)以內(nei),且占(zhan)用(yong)設(she)備(bei)及(ji)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)少(shao)。
正在建設的(de)清(qing)遠磁(ci)浮旅游專(zhuan)線(xian)工程(cheng)所需軌排(pai)約18公(gong)里(li),目前(qian)生產線(xian)已完成6公(gong)里(li)的(de)軌排(pai)生產任務,其(qi)中(zhong)4公(gong)里(li)軌排(pai)已交付(fu)客戶,產品質量獲(huo)得評審專(zhuan)家一致(zhi)肯定。所有產品今年(nian)將全部(bu)交付(fu)使用。
據悉,清遠磁(ci)浮線是(shi)國(guo)內首條中(zhong)低速磁(ci)浮旅(lv)游(you)(you)專線,線路規劃全長(chang)(chang)38.5公里,連接廣州長(chang)(chang)隆旅(lv)游(you)(you)度假(jia)區和(he)(he)清遠市。一期(qi)工程正(zheng)線全長(chang)(chang)8公里,預計(ji)今年(nian)底運(yun)(yun)行,將成為繼(ji)日(ri)本(ben)、韓(han)國(guo)和(he)(he)長(chang)(chang)沙(sha)、北(bei)京之后的(de)世界上第5條中(zhong)低速磁(ci)浮運(yun)(yun)營線,為我(wo)國(guo)開創磁(ci)浮交(jiao)通(tong)+旅(lv)游(you)(you)的(de)產業(ye)新(xin)模式和(he)(he)推(tui)動(dong)磁(ci)浮交(jiao)通(tong)建設推(tui)廣具(ju)有重要(yao)示范意(yi)義(yi)。
