2017年12月26日,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)東(dong)(dong)方航(hang)(hang)空(kong)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(以下簡(jian)(jian)稱“東(dong)(dong)航(hang)(hang)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)”)與中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)空(kong)器材(cai)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)有限公(gong)司(si)(以下簡(jian)(jian)稱“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)材(cai)”)在(zai)天津舉行東(dong)(dong)方通(tong)用航(hang)(hang)空(kong)有限責任公(gong)司(si)(以下簡(jian)(jian)稱“東(dong)(dong)方通(tong)航(hang)(hang)”)戰略(lve)重組交(jiao)接儀(yi)式。在(zai)國(guo)(guo)務院國(guo)(guo)資委、國(guo)(guo)務院派駐國(guo)(guo)有重點大型企業(ye)(ye)(ye)監事會、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)民用航(hang)(hang)空(kong)局、天津市政府等有關(guan)各(ge)方的共(gong)(gong)同見證下,東(dong)(dong)航(hang)(hang)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)正式將東(dong)(dong)方通(tong)航(hang)(hang)無(wu)償(chang)劃轉(zhuan)給中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)材(cai),兩家民航(hang)(hang)領(ling)域的中(zhong)央企業(ye)(ye)(ye)共(gong)(gong)同開啟東(dong)(dong)方通(tong)航(hang)(hang)的發展(zhan)新征(zheng)程,推動(dong)國(guo)(guo)有企業(ye)(ye)(ye)做強做優做大,推動(dong)我國(guo)(guo)通(tong)航(hang)(hang)事業(ye)(ye)(ye)長期(qi)可持(chi)續發展(zhan)。
