近日,隨著(zhu)集(ji)成式(shi)附(fu)屬結構緩(huan)緩(huan)降落安放于單(dan)樁基礎結構之上(shang)(shang),中國(guo)國(guo)電(dian)集(ji)團公司(si)龍源福建公司(si)莆田南日島(dao)海上(shang)(shang)風電(dian)場一期項目首根“植入式(shi)”嵌(qian)巖(yan)(yan)單(dan)樁基礎施工(gong)圓滿(man)完成,標志著(zhu)世(shi)界海上(shang)(shang)風電(dian)領域(yu)“植入式(shi)”嵌(qian)巖(yan)(yan)單(dan)樁施工(gong)實(shi)現零的(de)突破,同(tong)時(shi)也為國(guo)內橋梁設計施工(gong)提供借鑒。
莆田(tian)南日島海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)場(chang)一期項目位(wei)于福建省莆田(tian)市南日島東(dong)北側海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)域,項目共安裝100臺單(dan)(dan)機(ji)容量(liang)為4兆瓦的(de)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電(dian)機(ji)組,是國內一次性核準單(dan)(dan)體(ti)項目容量(liang)最大(da)的(de)近(jin)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)風電(dian)項目。該(gai)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)域范圍島礁(jiao)較多(duo),屬巖(yan)(yan)基海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)床地質(zhi),地質(zhi)條件復雜。該(gai)公司經(jing)過(guo)深入勘探,發(fa)現部(bu)分機(ji)位(wei)的(de)中風化花崗巖(yan)(yan)埋藏(zang)淺且抗(kang)壓強度高,常規(gui)的(de)樁基礎施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)存(cun)在難以實施(shi)(shi)(shi)、工(gong)(gong)效低(di)的(de)問題。為此(ci),龍源福建公司積極聯(lian)合相關設(she)計、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單(dan)(dan)位(wei),在2017年1月完成國內首(shou)臺大(da)直徑(jing)無過(guo)渡段I型嵌巖(yan)(yan)單(dan)(dan)樁的(de)基礎上(shang),不斷探索新技術(shu)、新方案,并多(duo)次組織中國船級(ji)社等(deng)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)對(dui)(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方案進行評審,最終確(que)定(ding)針對(dui)(dui)該(gai)部(bu)分巖(yan)(yan)基埋深較淺的(de)機(ji)位(wei)開展(zhan)“植入式”嵌巖(yan)(yan)單(dan)(dan)樁基礎施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)試驗方案。
此次“植(zhi)(zhi)入式”嵌(qian)巖單樁樁長44.5米,直(zhi)徑5.5米,樁重(zhong)(zhong)420噸,采用(yong)“安裝穩(wen)樁平臺-鉆孔-吊放鋼管樁-灌漿”的(de)“植(zhi)(zhi)入式”方案進行施(shi)工(gong),施(shi)工(gong)結束后樁身垂直(zhi)度控制在千(qian)分之零點六(liu),遠遠高于千(qian)分之三的(de)設(she)計要求(qiu),標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)我國嵌(qian)巖單樁施(shi)工(gong)技術取得重(zhong)(zhong)大突破,填補世界海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)風(feng)電(dian)多項施(shi)工(gong)技術空白。
“植入式(shi)”嵌巖單(dan)樁(zhuang)基(ji)礎的順利實施(shi),是國內嵌巖單(dan)樁(zhuang)施(shi)工裝備和施(shi)工技術(shu)(shu)的一(yi)次重大跨越,為我(wo)國海(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電發展增添新利器,實現了我(wo)國對所有海(hai)(hai)域(yu)地(di)質(zhi)施(shi)工技術(shu)(shu)方案的全覆蓋,對海(hai)(hai)上(shang)風電規模化開發具有重大意義。
