中國通號打造全球首條互聯互通地鐵

近(jin)日,隨著重(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)地(di)(di)鐵五號(hao)線一期信號(hao)系統互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)交(jiao)叉測試(shi)的(de)成功(gong),裝備中國通(tong)號(hao)完全自主CBTC信號(hao)系統的(de)重(zhong)慶(qing)(qing)軌道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)5號(hao)線率先(xian)具(ju)備互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)條(tiao)(tiao)件,標志著由中國通(tong)號(hao)打造(zao)的(de)全球首條(tiao)(tiao)互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)地(di)(di)鐵即將(jiang)孕育(yu)而生。

長(chang)期(qi)以來,由于不同地(di)(di)鐵線路車(che)(che)載信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)設(she)備(bei)與地(di)(di)面信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)設(she)備(bei)間(jian)無法(fa)“交流(liu)”,導致列車(che)(che)跨線運行一(yi)直是一(yi)項(xiang)世界性(xing)難題(ti),國(guo)(guo)外曾努力嘗試但始(shi)終(zhong)沒有實現(xian)不同廠家間(jian)的(de)地(di)(di)鐵信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)互(hu)通(tong)。在我國(guo)(guo),隨著以中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)通(tong)號(hao)(hao)(hao)CBTC信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)為代表的(de)自(zi)主知識產(chan)權信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)成(cheng)熟應(ying)用(yong),我國(guo)(guo)已編制(zhi)出了適應(ying)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)情的(de)互(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)通(tong)技術標準,真正意義上建立了不同廠家之間(jian)、車(che)(che)載信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)與地(di)(di)面信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)之間(jian),互(hu)相(xiang)(xiang)兼容(rong)、互(hu)相(xiang)(xiang)“交流(liu)”的(de)基礎,一(yi)舉解決了這個世界性(xing)難題(ti)。地(di)(di)鐵互(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)通(tong)后,可(ke)以滿足(zu)乘客一(yi)站(zhan)式“直達”的(de)需(xu)求,減少客流(liu)換乘壓力,降低(di)地(di)(di)鐵建成(cheng)本資(zi),大(da)幅度提高車(che)(che)輛利用(yong)率(lv)和(he)運營效率(lv)。

重(zhong)慶5號(hao)線(xian)(xian)裝(zhuang)備的(de)FZL300型CBTC互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)互(hu)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)號(hao)系(xi)統(tong)是中國通(tong)(tong)號(hao)自主研發,為城市軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)“互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)互(hu)通(tong)(tong)”量身定制(zhi)的(de)基(ji)于無線(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)信(xin)的(de)移動閉塞(sai)系(xi)統(tong),可實現(xian)列(lie)車最小90秒追蹤間隔。在(zai)原(yuan)有CBTC列(lie)車控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)基(ji)礎上,該系(xi)統(tong)可實現(xian)列(lie)車不降速降級(ji)跨線(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)至其它線(xian)(xian)路,并支持其它線(xian)(xian)路車輛進入本線(xian)(xian)運(yun)(yun)行,滿足城市軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)未來聯(lian)(lian)通(tong)(tong)聯(lian)(lian)運(yun)(yun)需求,對節(jie)約旅客出行時間、提高城市軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)運(yun)(yun)營(ying)效率具(ju)有重(zhong)要意(yi)義。

重慶地鐵5號線(xian)(一期(qi))工(gong)程(cheng)北(bei)起園博(bo)中(zhong)心站(zhan)南至(zhi)跳蹬站(zhan),線(xian)路長39.75km,設車站(zhan)25座,最高運(yun)行時速可達100公里。工(gong)程(cheng)分段建設開通(tong)(tong),其中(zhong)首通(tong)(tong)段擬于2017年(nian)底開通(tong)(tong)運(yun)營,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)全球(qiu)首條實現(xian)城(cheng)市(shi)軌道交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)的地鐵線(xian)路。中(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號旗下城(cheng)軌公司負(fu)責整體(ti)工(gong)程(cheng)組(zu)織(zhi)實施及信(xin)號系統(tong)集成(cheng)(cheng);研(yan)究(jiu)設計(ji)院(yuan)集團負(fu)責核心系統(tong)的設計(ji)、研(yan)發(fa);上海(hai)工(gong)程(cheng)局負(fu)責施工(gong)安裝工(gong)作(zuo),其核心產(chan)品均由(you)中(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號各工(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)自主生(sheng)產(chan),充(chong)分凸顯(xian)了(le)中(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號設計(ji)研(yan)發(fa)、裝備制造(zao)、工(gong)程(cheng)服務(wu)“三位一體(ti)”的完整產(chan)業(ye)鏈優(you)勢,是中(zhong)國通(tong)(tong)號整體(ti)品牌優(you)勢的又一次集中(zhong)體(ti)現(xian)。

信(xin)號(hao)系(xi)統(tong)是軌道(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)“大腦”,是控制(zhi)車輛安(an)(an)全(quan)、高效運行(xing)(xing)的(de)神經中樞,指(zhi)揮全(quan)線(xian)列車以高密度、高速(su)度、舒適運行(xing)(xing)。FZL300型互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong)移動(dong)閉(bi)塞系(xi)統(tong)是中國通(tong)(tong)(tong)號(hao)在成熟(shu)的(de)高鐵列控技(ji)術標(biao)準(zhun)基礎上,依據國內(nei)城市軌道(dao)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)號(hao)系(xi)統(tong)“互聯(lian)互通(tong)(tong)(tong)”標(biao)準(zhun),對原有CBTC系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)(xing)升級而形成的(de)列車運行(xing)(xing)控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)。系(xi)統(tong)采用了全(quan)新的(de)LTE車地(di)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術,替代了原有WLAN技(ji)術,支持(chi)更(geng)高的(de)移動(dong)接入速(su)度,安(an)(an)全(quan)性和抗干擾能力更(geng)強,并且預留了多專(zhuan)業(ye)綜合(he)承載條(tiao)件。

建設期間,中國通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)號會(hui)同(tong)國內(nei)(nei)信號廠商,在中國城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)協(xie)會(hui)技術裝備委員會(hui)牽頭下共同(tong)編制了CBTC互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)技術標準(zhun)(zhun),旨在促(cu)進中國城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)建設,實現并滿(man)足城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)需求,達到(dao)經濟(ji)適用(yong)、資源共享、技術先(xian)進及可持續發展(zhan)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。這也是城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)在世界(jie)范圍內(nei)(nei)一次創新的(de)(de)革(ge)命與(yu)探索,為城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)(gui)道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)產(chan)品通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)用(yong)化、技術標準(zhun)(zhun)化、網絡化運營邁出(chu)了重要的(de)(de)一步(bu)。目前,長(chang)沙地鐵也確定使用(yong)CBTC互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)技術標準(zhun)(zhun),互(hu)聯互(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)技術得以進一步(bu)應(ying)用(yong)。
