我國成功具備三代核電 棒控棒位系統供貨能力

近日(ri),伴(ban)隨(sui)著最后一項試驗的順利結束,中國核動力研(yan)究設計院自主研(yan)發(fa)的三(san)代核電棒(bang)(bang)(bang)控棒(bang)(bang)(bang)位系統獲得成功,標志著我國具備了(le)三(san)代核電棒(bang)(bang)(bang)控棒(bang)(bang)(bang)位系統全套供貨能(neng)力。

棒(bang)(bang)(bang)控(kong)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)位(wei)系統用(yong)(yong)于提升、保(bao)持和(he)(he)(he)插入反(fan)應堆(dui)控(kong)制(zhi)棒(bang)(bang)(bang),實現反(fan)應堆(dui)的啟堆(dui)、帶荷(he)運行和(he)(he)(he)停堆(dui)功能,并監測控(kong)制(zhi)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)在堆(dui)芯中(zhong)的實際位(wei)置及是否(fou)存在失步(bu)、卡棒(bang)(bang)(bang)和(he)(he)(he)意外落棒(bang)(bang)(bang)等現象。該項目科研設備(bei)同時(shi)適用(yong)(yong)于動態和(he)(he)(he)靜(jing)態兩種棒(bang)(bang)(bang)電(dian)源系統,不僅可以(yi)直接(jie)應用(yong)(yong)于“華龍一號(hao)”、“玲龍一號(hao)”等核電(dian)堆(dui)型,也可以(yi)直接(jie)應用(yong)(yong)于M310二(er)代加核電(dian)工(gong)程及其設備(bei)升級換代,通過適應性(xing)修(xiu)改,還可以(yi)應用(yong)(yong)于AP1000核電(dian)工(gong)程,因此(ci)具有(you)廣泛的適用(yong)(yong)性(xing),并達到國際領(ling)先水平。

據了(le)解,針(zhen)對目前國內核(he)電廠棒(bang)(bang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)棒(bang)(bang)位系(xi)統(tong)(tong)設(she)(she)備(bei)數(shu)字化和智(zhi)能化水平不高、設(she)(she)備(bei)發(fa)熱(re)和參數(shu)溫(wen)漂影響較大、控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)棒(bang)(bang)驅(qu)動機構線(xian)圈控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電流波形(xing)質量(liang)不高和設(she)(she)備(bei)現場調試(shi)占用(yong)核(he)電廠調試(shi)主(zhu)線(xian)時間較長(chang)等現狀,2016年,核(he)動力院決定自主(zhu)研發(fa)三代核(he)電棒(bang)(bang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)棒(bang)(bang)位系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。

自項目伊始,為(wei)了(le)一(yi)舉占領技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)制(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)點,課題組(zu)在(zai)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)了(le)美國(guo)、法國(guo)、俄羅斯等國(guo)產品的(de)基礎上,結合當前最先(xian)進的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、信息化(hua)(hua)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)以及制(zhi)(zhi)造技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),確定了(le)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)路線和總體技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)方案,開展了(le)關鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)驗(yan)(yan)證、原理樣(yang)機(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、工(gong)程樣(yang)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造、機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)配(pei)合試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、環境(jing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)兼容(rong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)等一(yi)系列(lie)科研(yan)攻關和試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)工(gong)作。最終,該(gai)項目所(suo)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)工(gong)程樣(yang)機(ji)功能性能完(wan)全滿足研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)任務書要求,并同時(shi)實現(xian)了(le)小型化(hua)(hua)、模塊化(hua)(hua)和智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)的(de)特性要求;特別(bie)是(shi)新型棒位測(ce)量和智(zhi)能化(hua)(hua)等新技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)應用,使棒位設備現(xian)場調(diao)(diao)試(shi)時(shi)間(jian)由目前平均10天左右減(jian)少為(wei)2天以內,極大縮短了(le)在(zai)核電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠調(diao)(diao)試(shi)關鍵路徑上的(de)占用時(shi)間(jian),顯著(zhu)提高(gao)了(le)核電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠的(de)經濟效(xiao)益(yi)。
