由中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋建設的(de)肯尼(ni)亞(ya)蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將于(yu)2017年6月1日正式(shi)開通試(shi)運營(ying)。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)肯尼(ni)亞(ya)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨(du)立以來的(de)最大工程,是(shi)其近百(bai)年來新建的(de)第(di)一(yi)(yi)條鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),全長480公里,連(lian)接肯尼(ni)亞(ya)首都內羅(luo)畢(bi)和(he)東(dong)非(fei)第(di)一(yi)(yi)大港蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)巴薩港。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)東(dong)共體(ti)北部戰(zhan)略走(zou)廊的(de)第(di)一(yi)(yi)段,也是(shi)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”戰(zhan)略的(de)首個非(fei)洲項目。根據(ju)遠期規劃,該鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將連(lian)接肯尼(ni)亞(ya)、坦桑尼(ni)亞(ya)、烏干達(da)、盧旺(wang)達(da)、布隆迪和(he)南蘇丹等東(dong)非(fei)6國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),對于(yu)促進東(dong)非(fei)現代(dai)化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)網的(de)形成和(he)地(di)區經濟發展具有重要意義。蒙(meng)(meng)(meng)(meng)-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)作(zuo)為完全采(cai)用(yong)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)一(yi)(yi)級標準(zhun)的(de)典(dian)型(xing)工程,是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第(di)一(yi)(yi)次全部采(cai)用(yong)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)標準(zhun)建造的(de)現代(dai)化鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),是(shi)實施我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)標準(zhun)“走(zou)出去”戰(zhan)略的(de)一(yi)(yi)個成功范例。
蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路建(jian)設期間(jian),建(jian)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)院高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土(tu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心對(dui)其混凝(ning)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)提供了(le)(le)全面的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)咨詢(xun)與服(fu)(fu)務(wu)工(gong)(gong)作。自(zi)2014年1月起,中心先后(hou)承擔了(le)(le)“肯(ken)尼亞當地(di)天(tian)然火山(shan)灰質(zhi)材料在鐵(tie)路高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土(tu)中的(de)(de)應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”、“蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路項(xiang)(xiang)目骨料吸(xi)水率對(dui)混凝(ning)土(tu)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)及(ji)改善控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”和“阿西河特(te)大(da)(da)橋清(qing)水高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)混凝(ning)土(tu)的(de)(de)配制(zhi)及(ji)應用(yong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”、“非洲干旱地(di)區混凝(ning)土(tu)養護集(ji)成(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”等多(duo)(duo)個研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)項(xiang)(xiang)目與工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。在三年多(duo)(duo)的(de)(de)時間(jian)內(nei)(nei)(nei),中心多(duo)(duo)名專家先后(hou)12次赴肯(ken)尼亞施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場提供技(ji)術(shu)(shu)服(fu)(fu)務(wu),并(bing)在國內(nei)(nei)(nei)外系統開展(zhan)了(le)(le)大(da)(da)量的(de)(de)試驗研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與技(ji)術(shu)(shu)攻關(guan)工(gong)(gong)作,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果與現場技(ji)術(shu)(shu)支持得到了(le)(le)業(ye)主與施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位的(de)(de)一致(zhi)認(ren)可(ke),也在很大(da)(da)程(cheng)度(du)上保證(zheng)和提高(gao)了(le)(le)蒙-內(nei)(nei)(nei)鐵(tie)路的(de)(de)混凝(ning)土(tu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量,產生(sheng)了(le)(le)顯著的(de)(de)經濟效益(yi)與技(ji)術(shu)(shu)價值。
以(yi)“肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)當(dang)地(di)天然(ran)火山灰質材料(liao)在鐵(tie)路高性能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中的(de)應用技術研究”項(xiang)目為(wei)例,該課題通過對肯(ken)尼(ni)亞(ya)當(dang)地(di)天然(ran)火山灰的(de)開發利用,成(cheng)功取代依賴遠途運輸才(cai)能(neng)獲(huo)得(de)的(de)粉煤灰,作為(wei)礦物摻(chan)合料(liao)規模化應用于蒙-內鐵(tie)路混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)工(gong)程,實現了(le)就地(di)取材,降低了(le)建(jian)設成(cheng)本(ben),同(tong)時顯(xian)著提(ti)高了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)性能(neng),經(jing)濟效益(yi)和技術價值十分(fen)顯(xian)著。
通(tong)過高性(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心的全過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)咨詢指(zhi)導,以蒙-內鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)項目研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)果為基礎,最(zui)終形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)生產線2條,為工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提供了4萬多噸天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)產品,節(jie)約建設成(cheng)(cheng)本4000多萬元人民(min)幣。在(zai)項目研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)現(xian)場技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術服務過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),發表論(lun)文(wen)12篇,申請專利5項,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)交(jiao)集(ji)團企業標準《天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)的應用(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)》,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)國(guo)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)協會施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)高性(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)的施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)國(guo)施工(gong)(gong)企業管理協會科技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)果獎二等獎。正在(zai)申報編制中(zhong)國(guo)土(tu)(tu)木(mu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)學會標準《天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)在(zai)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)的應用(yong)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術規(gui)范》。天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)開發與工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)應用(yong)成(cheng)(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術,有望在(zai)肯尼亞后續(xu)建設的內-馬鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)進一(yi)步(bu)推廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)使用(yong),并可能(neng)在(zai)東非地區除了鐵路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)外的公路(lu)(lu)(lu)交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、工(gong)(gong)民(min)建工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)泛使用(yong)。在(zai)2016年(nian)北京市科委重大專項課(ke)題(ti)的支持(chi)下,建研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)高性(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)中(zhong)心與中(zhong)國(guo)路(lu)(lu)(lu)橋一(yi)道,將廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)泛開展“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)(lu)(lu)”沿線國(guo)家和地區天(tian)然火(huo)(huo)山(shan)灰(hui)資(zi)源的調(diao)研(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),有望在(zai)具備條件的工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)推廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)使用(yong)該項技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術。
目前,蒙-內鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)延長線(xian)內馬鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)也正在(zai)(zai)如(ru)火(huo)如(ru)荼地建(jian)設(she),建(jian)研(yan)院高性能混凝(ning)土研(yan)究中心繼續作為其混凝(ning)土工程的主(zhu)要技術(shu)咨(zi)詢與支撐(cheng)單位,仍將憑借堅實(shi)的科研(yan)實(shi)力(li)(li)與工程技術(shu),在(zai)(zai)東非(fei)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)網建(jian)設(she)中貢獻自己的力(li)(li)量。
