建研院為“一帶一路”首個非洲項目肯尼亞蒙-內鐵路提供支持

由中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)路(lu)(lu)橋建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)肯尼亞(ya)(ya)蒙(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將于(yu)2017年6月1日正式(shi)開通試(shi)運營(ying)。蒙(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)肯尼亞(ya)(ya)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家獨立以來的(de)(de)(de)最大(da)工(gong)程,是(shi)其(qi)近百年來新建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)第(di)(di)一條鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),全(quan)長480公里,連(lian)接肯尼亞(ya)(ya)首都內(nei)羅畢和(he)東(dong)(dong)非(fei)第(di)(di)一大(da)港(gang)蒙(meng)巴(ba)薩港(gang)。蒙(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)是(shi)東(dong)(dong)共體北部戰(zhan)略(lve)走廊的(de)(de)(de)第(di)(di)一段,也(ye)是(shi)“一帶一路(lu)(lu)”戰(zhan)略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)首個(ge)非(fei)洲項目。根據(ju)遠期規劃,該鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)將連(lian)接肯尼亞(ya)(ya)、坦(tan)桑尼亞(ya)(ya)、烏(wu)干達、盧旺達、布隆(long)迪和(he)南蘇丹等東(dong)(dong)非(fei)6國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo),對于(yu)促進東(dong)(dong)非(fei)現代化(hua)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)形成和(he)地區經濟發展具有重要意義。蒙(meng)-內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)作(zuo)為完全(quan)采用(yong)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)一級標準的(de)(de)(de)典型工(gong)程,是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際上第(di)(di)一次全(quan)部采用(yong)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)標準建(jian)造的(de)(de)(de)現代化(hua)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu),是(shi)實施我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)標準“走出去”戰(zhan)略(lve)的(de)(de)(de)一個(ge)成功范例。

蒙-內(nei)(nei)鐵路建(jian)(jian)設期間,建(jian)(jian)研(yan)院高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)研(yan)究中心對(dui)其混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)工程提(ti)供(gong)了全面的(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)咨(zi)詢與(yu)服(fu)務工作。自2014年1月起,中心先后承擔了“肯尼亞當地(di)(di)天然火山灰質(zhi)材料(liao)在(zai)鐵路高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)中的(de)應用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究”、“蒙-內(nei)(nei)鐵路項目骨料(liao)吸水率對(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)影響及改善控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究”和“阿西河特大(da)橋清水高性(xing)(xing)能(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)的(de)配(pei)制(zhi)及應用技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究”、“非洲干旱地(di)(di)區(qu)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)養護集成(cheng)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”等(deng)多個(ge)研(yan)究項目與(yu)工程技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)服(fu)務。在(zai)三(san)年多的(de)時間內(nei)(nei),中心多名(ming)專家先后12次(ci)赴肯尼亞施工現場提(ti)供(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)服(fu)務,并在(zai)國內(nei)(nei)外系統開展了大(da)量的(de)試驗研(yan)究與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)攻關工作,研(yan)究成(cheng)果與(yu)現場技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)支持得到了業主(zhu)與(yu)施工單位的(de)一(yi)致(zhi)認(ren)可(ke),也在(zai)很大(da)程度上(shang)保證(zheng)和提(ti)高了蒙-內(nei)(nei)鐵路的(de)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)工程質(zhi)量,產生了顯著的(de)經(jing)濟效益與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)價值(zhi)。

以(yi)“肯尼亞(ya)當(dang)地(di)(di)天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)質材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)在鐵(tie)路(lu)高性能(neng)(neng)混凝(ning)土中(zhong)的應(ying)用技術(shu)(shu)研究”項目為例,該課題通過對肯尼亞(ya)當(dang)地(di)(di)天(tian)然(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)的開發利用,成(cheng)功取(qu)代(dai)依賴遠(yuan)途運輸才能(neng)(neng)獲得的粉煤灰(hui),作為礦物(wu)摻合料(liao)(liao)規模化應(ying)用于(yu)蒙-內鐵(tie)路(lu)混凝(ning)土工程,實現了就地(di)(di)取(qu)材(cai)(cai),降低(di)了建(jian)設(she)成(cheng)本(ben),同時顯著(zhu)提(ti)高了混凝(ning)土性能(neng)(neng),經濟效益和技術(shu)(shu)價值十分顯著(zhu)。

通過高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)研究中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)全過程咨詢指導(dao),以蒙(meng)-內鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)項(xiang)目研究成果為基礎,最終形成天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)2條,為工(gong)(gong)程提供(gong)了4萬(wan)多噸(dun)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)產(chan)(chan)品(pin),節約建(jian)設成本4000多萬(wan)元人(ren)民幣。在(zai)項(xiang)目研究和(he)工(gong)(gong)程現場技術(shu)服(fu)務過程中(zhong)(zhong),發(fa)表論文12篇,申請專利5項(xiang),形成中(zhong)(zhong)交集團(tuan)企(qi)業標(biao)準(zhun)《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)技術(shu)規程》,形成中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)公路(lu)協(xie)會施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法“天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)法”,獲得中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)施工(gong)(gong)企(qi)業管(guan)理協(xie)會科技成果獎二等獎。正(zheng)在(zai)申報編制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)土(tu)(tu)木工(gong)(gong)程學會標(biao)準(zhun)《天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)技術(shu)規范》。天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)開(kai)發(fa)與工(gong)(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)成套技術(shu),有望在(zai)肯尼亞后續(xu)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)內-馬鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)進一(yi)步推(tui)廣使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),并(bing)可能(neng)(neng)在(zai)東(dong)非地區(qu)除了鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程之外的(de)(de)(de)公路(lu)交通工(gong)(gong)程、工(gong)(gong)民建(jian)工(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)廣泛(fan)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。在(zai)2016年北京市科委重大專項(xiang)課題的(de)(de)(de)支持下,建(jian)研院(yuan)高(gao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)研究中(zhong)(zhong)心與中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)路(lu)橋一(yi)道,將(jiang)廣泛(fan)開(kai)展“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)國(guo)家(jia)和(he)地區(qu)天(tian)(tian)然(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)(ran)火(huo)山灰(hui)(hui)資源的(de)(de)(de)調研工(gong)(gong)作,有望在(zai)具(ju)備條件的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)推(tui)廣使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)該項(xiang)技術(shu)。

目前,蒙(meng)-內鐵路延長線內馬鐵路也正在如(ru)火如(ru)荼(tu)地建設,建研院高(gao)性(xing)能混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土研究(jiu)中心繼續作為其混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土工程的主要技術咨詢與支撐(cheng)單(dan)位,仍(reng)將(jiang)憑借堅實的科研實力(li)與工程技術,在東非鐵路網建設中貢獻自己的力(li)量。
