4月27日,由中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)能電力股(gu)份有限公司(以下(xia)簡稱“中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)電”)主導編(bian)制的《公眾(zhong)溝通(tong)通(tong)用(yong)指(zhi)南(nan)》正式發布(bu),這也是我國(guo)核(he)電業界首(shou)部為公眾(zhong)溝通(tong)“量身(shen)定做”的工(gong)作(zuo)指(zhi)南(nan)。
中(zhong)國核電組織編制的(de)《公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)溝(gou)通通用指(zhi)南》旨在為各核電廠開展公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)宣傳、公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)參與、信(xin)息公(gong)(gong)開和(he)輿(yu)情管理(li)等工(gong)作(zuo)提供指(zhi)導依據。指(zhi)南分為公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)宣傳指(zhi)南、公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)參與指(zhi)南、信(xin)息公(gong)(gong)開指(zhi)南、輿(yu)情管理(li)指(zhi)南以及公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)溝(gou)通標準流(liu)程(cheng)等五個部(bu)分及16個工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)程(cheng),基本(ben)涵蓋了(le)公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)溝(gou)通工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)內涵和(he)外延,并(bing)成功實現了(le)將公(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)(zhong)溝(gou)通工(gong)作(zuo)資源化(hua)、高(gao)效化(hua)、標準化(hua)、品牌化(hua)。
同時(shi),指(zhi)南中首(shou)次提(ti)出云服務概念(nian),即中國核(he)電所搭建(jian)(jian)的“公(gong)(gong)(gong)眾溝通(tong)云平臺(tai)”。為了(le)(le)實現資源匹配,也為了(le)(le)提(ti)高工作效(xiao)率,中國核(he)電提(ti)出利用信(xin)息化的手段為公(gong)(gong)(gong)眾溝通(tong)搭建(jian)(jian)云平臺(tai),在這個平臺(tai)上,將會裝載公(gong)(gong)(gong)眾溝通(tong)相關的典型案例、信(xin)息公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)模板(ban)、科(ke)普宣傳素(su)材等一系列工作材料。
