2月28日,江(jiang)蘇(su)南京供電(dian)公(gong)司承接研發的重點項目,地下(xia)通(tong)道及電(dian)纜網精益(yi)化管理(li)系統順(shun)利通(tong)過國家電(dian)網公(gong)司驗收(shou),正式投入運行。這也(ye)是國內首個集(ji)精益(yi)化管理(li)、在線監控和三維可視化平臺于一體的大型地下(xia)電(dian)纜網精益(yi)化管理(li)系統。
截至2016年年底,南京供電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司(si)(si)在運高壓電(dian)(dian)纜總長度近(jin)1300千米,管(guan)(guan)線通道(dao)(dao)長度超過800千米。與電(dian)(dian)纜線路(lu)日(ri)益(yi)增(zeng)多的(de)(de)現狀相比(bi),日(ri)常運維檢修工(gong)作仍然(ran)停留在傳統的(de)(de)人(ren)工(gong)主導方式,設備管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)方式粗放、在線監控和(he)帶電(dian)(dian)檢測工(gong)作開(kai)展(zhan)不夠等問題逐漸顯(xian)現,特(te)別是地下資源管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)不能(neng)得(de)到直(zhi)觀展(zhan)示(shi)和(he)管(guan)(guan)控,難以(yi)滿(man)足國家電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司(si)(si)對地下通道(dao)(dao)及(ji)電(dian)(dian)纜網高效、智能(neng)和(he)精益(yi)化(hua)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要求。
2016年,國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)公(gong)司以(yi)(yi)南京(jing)供電(dian)(dian)公(gong)司為試(shi)點單位,全(quan)面(mian)啟動地下通道及電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)網(wang)(wang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)益化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系統(tong)建(jian)設(she)。根(gen)據建(jian)設(she)計劃,該系統(tong)以(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)全(quan)壽(shou)命周期管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)為主線(xian),以(yi)(yi)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)智能(neng)運檢和(he)(he)精(jing)(jing)(jing)益化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)為抓(zhua)手,實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)專業生產管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)的標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)、流程化(hua)(hua)、精(jing)(jing)(jing)益化(hua)(hua)和(he)(he)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua),全(quan)面(mian)提升電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)線(xian)路和(he)(he)通道健康水平,保障電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)平穩(wen)運行,滿足(zu)各(ge)項精(jing)(jing)(jing)益化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要(yao)求。
據了解,地下通道及(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)纜(lan)網(wang)精益化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統主要包(bao)括精益化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺、在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監控(kong)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺和三(san)維(wei)(wei)可視化(hua)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺三(san)部分(fen)。精益化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺根據工程(cheng)建設(she)階段與設(she)備運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)階段的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)需求(qiu),建成(cheng)在(zai)(zai)建工程(cheng)、臺賬(zhang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、運(yun)(yun)(yun)維(wei)(wei)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、狀態管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監控(kong)、帶電(dian)檢測以(yi)及(ji)(ji)(ji)專家分(fen)析等(deng)(deng)模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai),同時(shi)結合二維(wei)(wei)地理(li)(li)信息(xi)系(xi)統,實(shi)現各模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)功(gong)能(neng)之(zhi)間的聯(lian)動指揮、數據整合分(fen)析和判斷(duan)功(gong)能(neng)。在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監控(kong)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺通過(guo)安裝影像、溫度、水位、氣體(ti)、局(ju)放、環流等(deng)(deng)各類在(zai)(zai)線(xian)(xian)監控(kong)設(she)備,并將電(dian)纜(lan)智(zhi)能(neng)巡檢機器人(ren)(ren)等(deng)(deng)智(zhi)能(neng)設(she)備高度融合,實(shi)現電(dian)纜(lan)線(xian)(xian)路及(ji)(ji)(ji)通道運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)狀況的實(shi)時(shi)監控(kong),報警功(gong)能(neng)則(ze)便于(yu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)維(wei)(wei)人(ren)(ren)員及(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)發現異(yi)常(chang)情(qing)況。三(san)維(wei)(wei)可視化(hua)平(ping)(ping)(ping)(ping)臺融合包(bao)括開(kai)挖分(fen)析、斷(duan)面分(fen)析、管(guan)(guan)距(ju)測量、線(xian)(xian)路規劃(hua)分(fen)析、線(xian)(xian)路損(sun)壞分(fen)析、智(zhi)能(neng)選線(xian)(xian)等(deng)(deng)一系(xi)列可視化(hua)三(san)維(wei)(wei)模(mo)擬功(gong)能(neng),實(shi)現電(dian)纜(lan)通道及(ji)(ji)(ji)周邊管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)信息(xi)資源數字化(hua)、智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)、三(san)維(wei)(wei)立體(ti)可視化(hua)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)。
下一(yi)(yi)步,南京供(gong)電(dian)公司將(jiang)拓(tuo)展系(xi)統(tong)研發,普及隧道在線(xian)監(jian)控,逐(zhu)步接(jie)入其他具備條件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜隧道,并繼續完善(shan)專(zhuan)家分析系(xi)統(tong),指導監(jian)控信息的(de)(de)(de)分析利用。同(tong)(tong)時(shi),該(gai)公司將(jiang)整合現有數(shu)據資源(yuan),提升大數(shu)據分析處理(li)功(gong)能,通過數(shu)據分類統(tong)計(ji)分析,有效指導未來電(dian)纜工程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)設備選型、監(jian)控裝置現場(chang)安裝工藝(yi)標準等(deng)一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列(lie)工作(zuo)。該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)將(jiang)全面(mian)實現生(sheng)產過程(cheng)自動化(hua)(hua)、業(ye)務管理(li)流程(cheng)化(hua)(hua)、數(shu)據源(yuan)端唯一(yi)(yi)化(hua)(hua)、平(ping)臺應用協同(tong)(tong)化(hua)(hua)、管理(li)決(jue)策智能化(hua)(hua)等(deng)一(yi)(yi)系(xi)列(lie)目標,為提升電(dian)纜專(zhuan)業(ye)精益化(hua)(hua)管理(li)水平(ping)提供(gong)有利的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術支撐(cheng)與保(bao)障。
