中煤集團新集公司開發三維鉆孔參數化制圖軟件取得新突破

中煤集團新(xin)集公司通過鉆研,基于AutoCad軟件進行二次開發(fa),在原(yuan)軟件僅能(neng)繪(hui)制鉆孔圖的(de)基礎上(shang),升級成(cheng)能(neng)自動繪(hui)制集鉆孔及其確定(ding)的(de)煤層(ceng)面于一體(ti)的(de)三(san)維立體(ti)圖,成(cheng)功(gong)應用信息(xi)化技(ji)術加快了數字化礦山建設。

一是(shi)(shi)(shi)三(san)維效(xiao)果直觀。通過三(san)維視(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)命令,能直觀展示各(ge)個(ge)視(shi)角下鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)及(ji)(ji)煤層(ceng)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)立(li)體效(xiao)果;通過動(dong)態觀察命令,能觀察鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)及(ji)(ji)煤層(ceng)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)實(shi)體效(xiao)果,彌補了平面(mian)(mian)視(shi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)需空間建模的(de)(de)不足,準確(que)(que)率提升90%以上。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)成果可靠。在反復驗算鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)探數據(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,多(duo)次優(you)化“實(shi)際(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參數表(biao)”中開(kai)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)位置、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)方(fang)位、傾角、見(jian)(jian)(jian)煤孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深、穿(chuan)(chuan)煤孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)深等參數后運行程序繪(hui)圖(tu)(tu)(tu),所繪(hui)制(zhi)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)煤層(ceng)頂底(di)板三(san)維曲(qu)(qu)面(mian)(mian)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)均與(yu)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參數相吻合(he),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)形準確(que)(que)可靠,誤差(cha)為零,較二維制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)質量有(you)質的(de)(de)提升。三(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)軟件(jian)運用(yong)(yong)廣泛。新開(kai)發的(de)(de)制(zhi)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)軟件(jian)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)礦(kuang)井瓦斯(si)抽采(cai)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)和(he)地質探測鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)圖(tu)(tu)(tu),便(bian)于(yu)根(gen)據(ju)(ju)實(shi)際(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)參數確(que)(que)定鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)實(shi)際(ji)控制(zhi)范圍(wei)、孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)底(di)間距、鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)布(bu)置均勻度,提高實(shi)際(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)與(yu)設計(ji)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)相似(si)度,優(you)化鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)設計(ji),提供(gong)效(xiao)果考察依據(ju)(ju);能夠根(gen)據(ju)(ju)多(duo)個(ge)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)見(jian)(jian)(jian)煤巖(yan)情(qing)況(kuang),確(que)(que)定煤層(ceng)見(jian)(jian)(jian)煤、穿(chuan)(chuan)煤曲(qu)(qu)面(mian)(mian)、煤層(ceng)剖面(mian)(mian)煤厚、傾角等參數以及(ji)(ji)斷層(ceng)等構造參數,準確(que)(que)指導采(cai)掘作(zuo)業,減少誤差(cha)率85%以上。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)提高工作(zuo)效(xiao)率。

新開發軟件的(de)突破(po),減(jian)少(shao)了(le)(le)(le)繁(fan)(fan)瑣(suo)的(de)鉆孔(kong)參數核算過程,解放了(le)(le)(le)繁(fan)(fan)重的(de)手動繪圖(tu)(tu)工序(xu),突破(po)了(le)(le)(le)二維視(shi)圖(tu)(tu)的(de)瓶頸(jing),減(jian)少(shao)90%繪圖(tu)(tu)工作量,大幅提升了(le)(le)(le)工作效率。
