中國化學工程擬釋放最高股權比例力推混改
年內混改6家二級企業、10-15家三級公司 構建企業新生態

“在保持國有控(kong)股(gu)的前提下,我們將(jiang)釋放最(zui)高的股(gu)權比例用來(lai)引(yin)入戰略投資(zi)(zi)者(zhe)和員工跟投。”4月(yue)28日,中國化學(xue)工程舉行全面深化改(gai)(gai)革(ge)新聞(wen)發布(bu)會(hui),誠邀地方國企、民(min)營企業、投資(zi)(zi)機構等社會(hui)資(zi)(zi)本(ben)積極參與其改(gai)(gai)革(ge)發展。據透露,2020年(nian),該集團將(jiang)重點推進6家二級企業、10-15家三(san)級公司(si)混合所(suo)有制改(gai)(gai)革(ge),著力(li)構建(jian)“央企品牌實力(li)+民(min)營機制”的企業生態。
