為(wei)(wei)(wei)認真貫徹落實習近平總書記(ji)對制止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)作出(chu)(chu)的(de)重要指示精神,國資(zi)委相關(guan)(guan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)充分發揮聯(lian)系餐(can)飲(yin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)、貼近餐(can)飲(yin)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)優勢,向(xiang)全(quan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)發出(chu)(chu)制止(zhi)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)、節(jie)約(yue)用餐(can)的(de)倡(chang)議。8月(yue)11日,世界中(zhong)餐(can)業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)(hui)發出(chu)(chu)《關(guan)(guan)于(yu)“堅(jian)決制止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)切實培養節(jie)約(yue)習慣,在全(quan)社(she)會(hui)(hui)營(ying)造浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)可恥節(jie)約(yue)為(wei)(wei)(wei)榮的(de)氛圍(wei)”倡(chang)議書》。8月(yue)12日,中(zhong)國商業(ye)(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)(hui)聯(lian)合(he)中(zhong)國連鎖經(jing)營(ying)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國烹飪協(xie)會(hui)(hui)、中(zhong)國飯(fan)店(dian)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)以及(ji)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)內相關(guan)(guan)知名(ming)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),向(xiang)各(ge)地餐(can)飲(yin)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)、飯(fan)店(dian)協(xie)會(hui)(hui)、國家(jia)級酒(jiu)家(jia)和住宿餐(can)飲(yin)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)、餐(can)飲(yin)外賣服務企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)發出(chu)(chu)《關(guan)(guan)于(yu)制止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)培養節(jie)約(yue)習慣的(de)倡(chang)議書》。
倡議(yi)書中,各(ge)行業協會(hui)從弘揚中華民族傳(chuan)統美德、踐行社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義核心價值(zhi)觀的(de)(de)高度,闡述(shu)了制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)行為的(de)(de)重(zhong)要性,號召廣大餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)企(qi)業積(ji)極投身到節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)行動中去:一(yi)是加大節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)宣傳(chuan)力度,弘揚尊(zun)重(zhong)勞動、勤(qin)儉(jian)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)統美德,倡導“文(wen)明就餐(can)(can)(can),杜絕浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)”的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)文(wen)化,引導廣大消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者自(zi)覺抵制(zhi)鋪張浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)。二是創新與節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)相適(shi)應(ying)的(de)(de)經營(ying)服務(wu)方(fang)式(shi),積(ji)極開發(fa)推(tui)廣“小份、適(shi)價”套餐(can)(can)(can),推(tui)行公(gong)筷公(gong)勺、分餐(can)(can)(can)制(zhi)、環保打包等(deng)服務(wu)方(fang)式(shi),回應(ying)社(she)會(hui)期待。三是推(tui)動綠色廚房創建(jian),切(qie)實減少食材采購、烹飪、包裝等(deng)各(ge)環節(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei),規(gui)范外(wai)賣食品(pin)一(yi)次性餐(can)(can)(can)具的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)。四是開發(fa)制(zhi)作(zuo)適(shi)應(ying)不同人群營(ying)養需要和口(kou)味特點的(de)(de)菜(cai)品(pin),定期更新菜(cai)單(dan),適(shi)時(shi)調整菜(cai)式(shi),滿足消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者求新求變的(de)(de)餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)需求。五(wu)是推(tui)動餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)信(xin)息(xi)(xi)公(gong)開透明,公(gong)示菜(cai)品(pin)主(zhu)輔(fu)配料、口(kou)味、份量(liang)等(deng)內容,方(fang)便消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者選(xuan)擇(ze),避(bi)免因信(xin)息(xi)(xi)誤導造成食品(pin)浪(lang)費(fei)(fei)。倡議(yi)書的(de)(de)發(fa)布(bu),對餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)行業樹立綠色發(fa)展理(li)念,營(ying)造“文(wen)明消(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)(fei)、節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)”的(de)(de)氛圍(wei)將起(qi)到積(ji)極推(tui)動作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
