為認真貫(guan)徹落實(shi)習(xi)近平總書(shu)記對制(zhi)止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為作出(chu)的重要指示精神(shen),國(guo)資委相(xiang)關(guan)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協會充分發(fa)揮聯系餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、貼近餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的優勢,向(xiang)全(quan)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)出(chu)制(zhi)止(zhi)浪費(fei)、節約(yue)用餐(can)的倡(chang)(chang)議(yi)。8月(yue)11日,世界中(zhong)(zhong)餐(can)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)聯合(he)(he)會發(fa)出(chu)《關(guan)于“堅(jian)決(jue)制(zhi)止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為切實(shi)培養(yang)節約(yue)習(xi)慣(guan),在全(quan)社(she)會營(ying)造(zao)浪費(fei)可恥節約(yue)為榮的氛(fen)圍”倡(chang)(chang)議(yi)書(shu)》。8月(yue)12日,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)商(shang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)聯合(he)(he)會聯合(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)連鎖經(jing)營(ying)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協會、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)烹飪協會、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)飯(fan)店協會以及行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)內相(xiang)關(guan)知名企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),向(xiang)各地(di)餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)協會、飯(fan)店協會、國(guo)家(jia)級酒家(jia)和住宿(su)餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)外賣(mai)服(fu)務企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)出(chu)《關(guan)于制(zhi)止(zhi)餐(can)飲(yin)(yin)(yin)浪費(fei)行(xing)(xing)為培養(yang)節約(yue)習(xi)慣(guan)的倡(chang)(chang)議(yi)書(shu)》。
倡議書中(zhong),各(ge)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)協會從(cong)弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)(yang)中(zhong)華(hua)民族(zu)傳(chuan)統美德、踐行(xing)(xing)社會主(zhu)義核(he)心價值(zhi)觀的(de)(de)(de)高度(du),闡述了制止餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲浪費行(xing)(xing)為的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要性,號召(zhao)廣大餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲企業(ye)(ye)積(ji)極(ji)投身(shen)到(dao)節(jie)約(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)中(zhong)去(qu):一是加大節(jie)約(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)宣傳(chuan)力度(du),弘(hong)(hong)揚(yang)(yang)尊(zun)重(zhong)勞動(dong)、勤儉(jian)節(jie)約(yue)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)統美德,倡導“文(wen)(wen)明(ming)就餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can),杜絕(jue)浪費”的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)文(wen)(wen)化,引(yin)導廣大消(xiao)費者自覺抵制鋪張浪費。二是創(chuang)新(xin)與節(jie)約(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)相適(shi)(shi)應的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)營服務方(fang)式,積(ji)極(ji)開(kai)發推廣“小份、適(shi)(shi)價”套餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can),推行(xing)(xing)公筷公勺(shao)、分(fen)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)制、環保(bao)打包等(deng)服務方(fang)式,回應社會期(qi)待。三(san)是推動(dong)綠色廚房創(chuang)建,切實減少食(shi)材采購(gou)、烹飪、包裝等(deng)各(ge)環節(jie)的(de)(de)(de)浪費,規范(fan)外賣食(shi)品(pin)一次(ci)性餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)具的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。四是開(kai)發制作(zuo)適(shi)(shi)應不同人群營養需要和口味(wei)特點的(de)(de)(de)菜(cai)(cai)品(pin),定(ding)期(qi)更新(xin)菜(cai)(cai)單(dan),適(shi)(shi)時調整菜(cai)(cai)式,滿足消(xiao)費者求新(xin)求變的(de)(de)(de)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲需求。五(wu)是推動(dong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲信(xin)息(xi)公開(kai)透(tou)明(ming),公示(shi)菜(cai)(cai)品(pin)主(zhu)輔(fu)配料、口味(wei)、份量等(deng)內容,方(fang)便消(xiao)費者選擇,避(bi)免因信(xin)息(xi)誤(wu)導造成食(shi)品(pin)浪費。倡議書的(de)(de)(de)發布,對餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)飲行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)樹立綠色發展理念,營造“文(wen)(wen)明(ming)消(xiao)費、節(jie)約(yue)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)(can)”的(de)(de)(de)氛(fen)圍將起(qi)到(dao)積(ji)極(ji)推動(dong)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。
