中交(jiao)集(ji)(ji)團自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)碼(ma)頭建造(zao)技(ji)術達世(shi)界(jie)先進水平。20世(shi)紀80年代末(mo),在(zai)提高(gao)(gao)集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱碼(ma)頭周轉效率(lv)、降低人(ren)工成本、改善作業環境的(de)需求下,英(ying)國(guo)、荷蘭、日本等發達國(guo)家提出(chu)了研制、建造(zao)和實(shi)施自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱碼(ma)頭的(de)構想。但(dan)由于技(ji)術所限(xian),早(zao)期(qi)國(guo)外的(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱碼(ma)頭存在(zai)投資成本高(gao)(gao)昂、可靠性不足等問題。隨著“中國(guo)制造(zao)2025”戰(zhan)略(lve)的(de)醞(yun)釀和出(chu)臺(tai),發展高(gao)(gao)端、智(zhi)能、先進的(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備制造(zao)業成為大勢(shi)所趨(qu),國(guo)內碼(ma)頭有著向(xiang)全自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)碼(ma)頭轉型(xing)升級的(de)需要(yao)。
中交集團所屬上海振華重工(gong)(集團)股份(fen)有(you)限公司,于2005年開始自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)主研(yan)發自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)集裝箱碼(ma)頭系(xi)統,取(qu)得(de)多項創新成(cheng)果。一(yi)是(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)主研(yan)制碼(ma)頭設備控(kong)制系(xi)統,可(ke)有(you)機(ji)協調各類(lei)碼(ma)頭智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)設備,高效完成(cheng)碼(ma)頭自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)操作(zuo)和裝卸(xie),實現(xian)整個碼(ma)頭的智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)作(zuo)。二是(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)主研(yan)發鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)導引(yin)運(yun)輸車,具備無(wu)人駕駛、自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)導航、路徑優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)避障、自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)我(wo)故障診斷(duan)、自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)我(wo)電(dian)(dian)量監控(kong)等功(gong)能(neng)(neng)。三是(shi)在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)(shou)創自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)換電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)技(ji)術,保障地面運(yun)輸連續(xu)作(zuo)業,自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)導引(yin)運(yun)輸車更(geng)換電(dian)(dian)池全程只需6分鐘,電(dian)(dian)池充滿電(dian)(dian)僅需2小(xiao)時。四(si)是(shi)在(zai)全球首(shou)(shou)創自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)雙箱軌道吊,一(yi)次可(ke)同時起吊兩個集裝箱,配合自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)雙箱岸橋(qiao)作(zuo)業,能(neng)(neng)夠釋(shi)放岸線空間,提高碼(ma)頭使用率,理(li)論(lun)上可(ke)提升(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)效率50%。五是(shi)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)主研(yan)發岸橋(qiao)自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)拆扭鎖裝置,完成(cheng)港口碼(ma)頭人工(gong)拆裝向(xiang)機(ji)器人拆裝升(sheng)(sheng)級,進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提升(sheng)(sheng)碼(ma)頭自(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)程度(du)。
項目(mu)(mu)授權國際發明專(zhuan)利2項、國內發明專(zhuan)利24項,軟件著作(zuo)(zuo)權10項。項目(mu)(mu)研發成果(guo)對于助推大型(xing)集裝箱碼頭(tou)(tou)智能化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、零排放和高效(xiao)率運行(xing)具有重(zhong)要幫助。以已投產的青島(dao)港(gang)全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碼頭(tou)(tou)為例,裝卸效(xiao)率達到39.6MOV/h,創造了全(quan)球(qiu)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碼頭(tou)(tou)單機平均作(zuo)(zuo)業效(xiao)率的最高紀(ji)錄。此外,國內首個(ge)全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)碼頭(tou)(tou)——廈門(men)遠海碼頭(tou)(tou)投產后,比傳(chuan)統(tong)碼頭(tou)(tou)節省能源25%以上,碳排量減少16%以上。
項(xiang)目(mu)研發的自(zi)動化(hua)集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼頭系統在低成本(ben)、高可靠(kao)性以及(ji)節能環保(bao)方(fang)面都處于(yu)全(quan)球領先地位(wei),對于(yu)助(zhu)推(tui)(tui)我國港口(kou)集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼頭智能綠色轉型,推(tui)(tui)進我國智慧城市建設具有重(zhong)要(yao)意義。(中交(jiao)集(ji)團供稿)

誠(cheng)通集團掌握自主微量涂布膠版(ban)紙(zhi)技術(shu)。我國(guo)是一(yi)個農(nong)業大國(guo),木材資源短(duan)缺,非木纖維(wei)資源豐富。在木漿(jiang)和廢紙(zhi)進(jin)口持續快速(su)增長的情況下,非木纖維(wei)原(yuan)料的科(ke)學利用(yong)(yong)技術(shu)直(zhi)接影響到我國(guo)紙(zhi)業原(yuan)料產業的安全問(wen)題。當(dang)前,非木纖維(wei)制漿(jiang)造紙(zhi)普遍存在污染負荷高、能(neng)耗(hao)高、資源有效利用(yong)(yong)率低等(deng)問(wen)題,亟需(xu)攻克清潔制漿(jiang)、節(jie)能(neng)減排等(deng)相關技術(shu)。
誠(cheng)通集團所屬中國(guo)(guo)紙(zhi)業(ye)岳陽林紙(zhi)股份有限公司通過多年自主(zhu)創新,攻(gong)克了(le)蘆葦(wei)非木纖(xian)(xian)維、高(gao)得(de)率漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)配抄微(wei)(wei)量(liang)涂(tu)布(bu)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)技術(shu)(shu),解決了(le)非木材纖(xian)(xian)維清潔制(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)除雜效率低(di)(di)、塵埃多、能耗高(gao)、資(zi)源(yuan)有效利(li)用(yong)率低(di)(di)等重(zhong)大技術(shu)(shu)難題。取得(de)的(de)(de)創新成果如下:一(yi)是(shi)研制(zhi)葦(wei)片除雜機(ji)、連(lian)續蒸煮防反噴裝(zhuang)置、紙(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)提濃機(ji)等3種化學(xue)葦(wei)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)制(zhi)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)專利(li)設(she)備,有效提升了(le)產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang),降低(di)(di)了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成本。二是(shi)適(shi)應高(gao)速發(fa)(fa)展印刷(shua)技術(shu)(shu)對紙(zhi)張的(de)(de)要求,研發(fa)(fa)微(wei)(wei)量(liang)涂(tu)布(bu)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)新產(chan)(chan)品,推動(dong)了(le)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)造(zao)紙(zhi)工(gong)業(ye)產(chan)(chan)品結構調整,滿足了(le)市場(chang)需求。三是(shi)研究漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)料配比及打(da)漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)性(xing)能,配用(yong)高(gao)比例APMP漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),既符合國(guo)(guo)家發(fa)(fa)展循環經濟、綜(zong)合利(li)用(yong)資(zi)源(yuan)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)政策,又大幅降低(di)(di)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)成本。四是(shi)開發(fa)(fa)出高(gao)得(de)率漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)有機(ji)微(wei)(wei)粒助留(liu)體系,有效提高(gao)了(le)高(gao)得(de)率漿(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)細(xi)小纖(xian)(xian)維的(de)(de)留(liu)著(zhu),改善(shan)了(le)紙(zhi)張性(xing)能,降低(di)(di)了(le)白(bai)水負荷。五是(shi)開發(fa)(fa)出微(wei)(wei)涂(tu)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)涂(tu)料專用(yong)配方,取代價格昂貴瓷土顏料,紙(zhi)張表面平(ping)滑性(xing)、強度、灰分等明顯改善(shan),解決了(le)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)白(bai)度低(di)(di)、灰分低(di)(di)及印刷(shua)表面平(ping)滑性(xing)差等問題。六是(shi)掌握微(wei)(wei)量(liang)涂(tu)布(bu)工(gong)藝,使(shi)微(wei)(wei)涂(tu)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)可采用(yong)計量(liang)棒(bang)式(shi)涂(tu)布(bu)或輥式(shi)涂(tu)布(bu),適(shi)合于高(gao)/低(di)(di)配置的(de)(de)紙(zhi)機(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan);優化微(wei)(wei)涂(tu)后壓光(guang)工(gong)藝,使(shi)微(wei)(wei)涂(tu)膠(jiao)版(ban)(ban)紙(zhi)保持較高(gao)松厚度。
項(xiang)目獲中國輕工(gong)業聯合會科技進步二等(deng)獎及中國產(chan)學研創(chuang)新成果優秀獎。依(yi)托項(xiang)目研發成果形成的3種專(zhuan)利設備成功應(ying)用(yong)于新建150噸(dun)/日葦(wei)漿(jiang)連續蒸煮制漿(jiang)生產(chan)線,提(ti)質降(jiang)耗增(zeng)效(xiao)顯著,蘆葦(wei)除(chu)雜(za)率(lv)(lv)提(ti)高(gao)1倍,葦(wei)片(pian)合格率(lv)(lv)由45%提(ti)升至70%,黑液波美濃度(du)從7Be提(ti)高(gao)至10Be,黑液溫度(du)由70℃提(ti)高(gao)至90℃,漂白藥品消(xiao)耗降(jiang)低(di)11.2%,紙(zhi)產(chan)品塵(chen)埃度(du)降(jiang)低(di)80%以上(shang),累(lei)計節(jie)約標煤7800噸(dun)/年。項(xiang)目對(dui)于推(tui)動非木纖維資源與高(gao)得率(lv)(lv)化機漿(jiang)在(zai)我(wo)國造紙(zhi)行業的應(ying)用(yong),促進清潔生產(chan)和節(jie)能減排具有(you)重大示范作用(yong)。(誠通(tong)集團供稿)
東航(hang)集(ji)團(tuan)建(jian)成自主航(hang)班放行(xing)監(jian)控管理體系。近年來,民航(hang)需求(qiu)快速(su)增長,給(gei)航(hang)空公司帶來前所未(wei)有運(yun)行(xing)壓力(li)。航(hang)班起飛前必(bi)須經(jing)過(guo)機組、飛機、天(tian)氣、運(yun)行(xing)條件等(deng)各項標準的(de)嚴格檢(jian)查(cha),僅靠人員(yuan)經(jing)驗和記憶不(bu)僅增加工作量,而且(qie)影響簽派放行(xing)質量,加大了航(hang)班放行(xing)監(jian)控安全(quan)(quan)事故的(de)發(fa)生幾(ji)率(lv)。因此,研制簽派運(yun)行(xing)監(jian)控系統,以更加科技化、信息化、數據化的(de)方式實(shi)現航(hang)班放行(xing)、監(jian)控自動控制,對于保障(zhang)航(hang)空運(yun)輸安全(quan)(quan)、提(ti)高(gao)工作效(xiao)率(lv)具有重要意義。
東航(hang)(hang)(hang)集團自(zi)2012年(nian)起(qi)實(shi)施航(hang)(hang)(hang)班放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監控管理系(xi)統建設(she),開(kai)發出(chu)一(yi)(yi)套能夠滿足東航(hang)(hang)(hang)股份及各分子(zi)公司所有航(hang)(hang)(hang)班放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)監控業務的(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)系(xi)統。取得的(de)創新成果(guo)如下:一(yi)(yi)是放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)式區域化(hua)。航(hang)(hang)(hang)班任(ren)務可根(gen)據(ju)預設(she)區域邏輯進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)動(dong)分配(pei),簽(qian)派(pai)放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)由原來(lai)的(de)“航(hang)(hang)(hang)線復雜化(hua)、類(lei)別(bie)分散(san)化(hua)”變(bian)(bian)為“航(hang)(hang)(hang)線單一(yi)(yi)化(hua)、類(lei)別(bie)集中化(hua)”,實(shi)現(xian)了放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)式從“分散(san)模(mo)式”向“區域模(mo)式”轉變(bian)(bian),提(ti)高放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率(lv)約(yue)7%,在國(guo)內(nei)屬于首創。二是放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)電(dian)子(zi)化(hua)。放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)業務流程(cheng)(cheng)由傳統的(de)人工配(pei)送(song)向電(dian)子(zi)放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)全面轉變(bian)(bian),從簽(qian)派(pai)員(yuan)生成放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)到(dao)飛(fei)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)員(yuan)簽(qian)收僅(jin)僅(jin)需(xu)要3分鐘,大(da)大(da)縮短了配(pei)送(song)時(shi)間,降(jiang)低(di)了因資(zi)(zi)料(liao)配(pei)送(song)錯漏或延遲(chi)導致(zhi)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班延誤的(de)可能性。三是放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)校驗自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)。利用(yong)大(da)數據(ju)技術(shu)對機(ji)組、飛(fei)機(ji)、環(huan)境(jing)、規章、批復等39項因素進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逐項、組合(he)和交(jiao)叉檢查,自(zi)動(dong)識別(bie)不(bu)(bu)符(fu)合(he)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)標準航(hang)(hang)(hang)班,協助簽(qian)派(pai)人員(yuan)提(ti)高放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)準確性。整個過程(cheng)(cheng)僅(jin)需(xu)幾秒(miao)鐘,既確保放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)安全,又提(ti)高放(fang)(fang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率(lv)。四(si)是監控圖(tu)(tu)形化(hua)。在民航(hang)(hang)(hang)系(xi)統首次實(shi)現(xian)氣(qi)象報文(wen)解析(xi),可根(gen)據(ju)機(ji)場(chang)、跑(pao)道運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)標準拆分出(chu)紅(hong)、橙、藍等不(bu)(bu)同級(ji)別(bie)告警信息,起(qi)到(dao)多圖(tu)(tu)合(he)一(yi)(yi)的(de)圖(tu)(tu)形化(hua)監控效(xiao)果(guo),在圖(tu)(tu)形疊(die)加和動(dong)態展示等技術(shu)運用(yong)方(fang)面處于業內(nei)領先水平。
